No big surprise the Eagles are last in turnover ratio at -7 after three games.  I still count turnovers on downs, so the Eagles are -9 at best.  Interestingly enough, all of our opponents are firmly in the minus column — if you take out the games they played against the Eagles.

The media should start asking questions of Schwartz as to how long his defense is going to be shutout; the Eagles only takeaway for the season was K’Von Wallace recovering Cooper Cupp’s PR on special teams.  Defenses get turnovers with sufficient effort — getting multiple guys around the ball, stripping ball carriers, etc.  There really is no excuse for it.

Probably because he saw it on the tablet, Bo.

I'm Fing tired of the BS in this town. Every Fing team except maybe the Flyers just have been blatantly neglecting fixing glaring problems.

I've said many times I think ego is more responsible for sports failure than anything else. Most mistakes all come back to ego. Contract disputes, getting rid of good players, unwilling to fire bad coaches/GMs, unwilling to change philosophies, unwilling to admit you're wrong, etc.

We have ownership and/or front offices in this town who either don't care enough or their egos are too big to admit they're wrong.

How hasn't Howie addressed WR or LB better? How did he leave his QB out to dry like this?

How haven't the Sixers added a better GM than Brand when it was the #1 coveted GM job in sports? How come they haven't added shooters and ball handlers?

How haven't the Phillies fired Klentak yet? The owner had to overstep him to fire Kapler, yet he decides to still keep him employed. Then he blatantly neglects the bullpen.

Philly fans deserve better than this. These people either don't care enough or are just flat out incompetent. Be better.

Still didn't hit him in stride.

Senseless. Cutting them is without a doubt not going to send the message you suggest.  JJAW is a contested catch receiver.  Carson needs accuracy to throw the contested catch.  JP should offer to retire and go into coaching.  Gerry is very good on STs and offers something as a back up.   I am all for IR for JJAW, retirement for JP or let him try RG, either way it is a sunk cost, and starting Taylor over Gerry.  I am afraid that as long as they are in the race for the division that they won’t make such moves.  But cutting them is not a solution.

When you cannot run routes correctly and you cannot gain separation, all catches are contested.

Very impressive, then you also projected this awful start.

Preach it, brother!

What have the Browns won since 2016?

The Browns would be experts on not having a franchise QB

He was not performing this poorly last year. Another example of a player regressing.

I think he was pretty bad last year, but had a couple game stretch where he wasn’t terrible and people got optimistic.

IMO playing to maintain a tie is just a cowardly way to end a game. A team that does that should be embarrassed.

Still embarrassed by it. Just kick it

Don't like Hawks but Wilson is a beast

Is anyone else concerned by what Wentz does on the sideline?

Look it may not be a big deal but he's meant to be a leader on this team. He's an experienced player now and he's the teams most expensive players plus he's the franchise QB...

And yet... After most drives he goes back to the sidelines, sits with Press and Nate and watches the tablet. Very little interaction with his team mates.

Nothing wrong with going to the tablet. Lots of greats do/did it

Wow what a year. Just last year instead of Goff this would be Wentz.

Lol last season it looked like Rodgers was done. Guess him and his new HC needed time to gel. Broadcasters said that the 2 went over tape of last season and threw away plays they didn't like. Wish Doug did that

In early August, how many here projected Greg Ward as our #1 WR and JP starting at LT?

Everyone nailed the DJax being hurt part....

Didn't think Ward was going to be the #1. Knew Peters was going to get hurt. Also knew Jackson would be hurt sometime. They even limited Jacksons snaps to keep him fresh and he still gets injured

This sarcasm? JJAW needs to be cut. He's a wasted roster spot. To blame Wentz for JJAW being trash is a new low for the Wentz haters

At least Schwartzie and his "stick” defense worked to perfection yesterday. 🙄🙄

JJAW has what? 10 catches in 19 games?

He's garbage.

Maddox whiffing was so damn annoying. The defense wasn’t bad, and I don’t think it was a poorly called game. We just don’t have the horses.

It’s failed like twice in three years. I’m shocked it took this long for people to complain about it today.

The bar is so low I don’t even believe he’s had 10

If you asked me at the end of last season who I’d keep between him and Bradham, I’d have still kept Bradham — at a greatly reduced salary, of course.  Gerry just looks out of place out there.  Most NFL observers outside of Philly wondered aloud what the heck the Eagles were doing at LB going into the season
