I imagine it will get much worse during the December - January timeframe. I could see the landscape of a playoff game completely changed overnight if a chunk of a team tests positive and has to miss the game. Would've personally rather seen all conferences delayed and played out their seasons in the spring, but I suppose too many dollars were at stake. Hopefully, these are isolated cases, and with better testing, comes a better higher of limiting the spread.

 

The Quez Watkins news is also exciting. Less JJAW/Burnett please.

Hakeem Butler as a TE is fascinating, and I love him as a third TE compared to a schmuck like Rodgers.

Its pretty hilarious we already have JJAW/Jeffery who are basically TE's and are converting yet another WR to TE.

We just played a terrible, rebuilding team with a rookie QB on the third start of his career....and we were happy to settle for a tie   Not to mention we somehow managed to come out of that game more injured than when we started, which is a feat. 

You think we're going to do any better against an elite defense and a veteran QB, just because they have one less day to work/rest?

I care but it's not like the team has a chance at this point unless they all end up on Covid IR and the Steelers have to field a Canadian League team.  Even then I would take the under and the points.

In practical terms, though.  People need to get off of whatever DMT trip they’re on where they envision the Eagles putting both guys in the waste bin to pursue Lawrence, Fields, or any other QB at the top of the draft.
