I feel like his issue is he makes some bad decisions. but then again probably thinks he has to take chances due to a bad oline, taking away his best receiver and allowing him to go to Carolina and a 40 year old frank gore is his running back to lean on. Doesn’t help he also has the worst head coach in the nfl over the last decade.

My point wasn’t you were wrong or right about foles. And the book hasn’t been completely written yet. So it’s early to be celebrating that point. It’s more you write things about wentz Last year that showed your true colors about him. Then stick with them don’t pander to others on here. Not what you wrote about foles (however last year i did tell you it was a dumb argument at that point cause foles broke his collarbone so he prove what i had said he also struggled to play 16 game seasons). If you wanted foles then more power to you. There was some good points you and Bobby made. Just like there were good points about wentz at that time were made. I never said I’d have been unhappy if they went that route. I stated then multiple times that they were going to choose wentz so it didn’t matter if people wanted foles. It wasn’t happening. My point Through it all was: it was as much if a risk to go foles has he had yet to play a full 16 games, had injury problems like wentz And when the team began deteriorating around him with injuries in the saints game he began to not looking like he did in the Minnesota, texans and NE game. So it came down to who did you believe when the team began to decline and deteriorate who could elevate everyone else around them to be a title contender? At the moment foles nor wentz have proven that yet. Foles and wentz won in 2017 with the best constructed roster in the nfl. Wentz Won 11 games and foles played amazing In the Minnesota and patriots games. Foles played well down the stretch of the 2018 season and wentz did in 2019. Foles didn’t look good in the postseason In 2019 outside of 3 drives with not nearly as good of a roster (last drive of bears game and first two in saints game) and wentz got knocked out of his

And so what if I had a rant about Wentz playing like absolute crap during a few games last year? 

 Well, the fact is that he was playing like crap.  

And  no, I don’t regret calling him out for playing like crap.  

I regretted getting into back and forth, name calling etc with other posters here but I don’t regret calling it like it was.  Wentz was playing horribly at the time.

And I was the first one to applaud him when he turned it around.  That’s the way it should be and if this team and city would hold him more accountable, instead of "babying him” as the "chosen one” for the last 5 years, then maybe he would have done more in the offseason to improve; etc etc.  I know he went to some sort of QB camp after his rookie year to focus on his deep balls....maybe if this fanbase hadn’t coddled him, he would have done more of that. Who knows?

And yes, we can discuss fixing other issues that I tend to agree need to be fixed.  

But I’m going to ask you again, if Wentz continues to play the same way he’s been playing over the first 3 games, will it matter?  Because does it matter (whether or not) you have wide open receivers all over the field (which he has had) if you can’t complete a pass to them?

If Wentz plays well, say has a 3 TD 0 ing game, 300 yards and they lose because of poor defensive play, then no, it likely wouldn’t be his fault.   That has yet to happen this year though.

miles sanders misses the first game of the year and Scott/clement look like trash in the run game— wentz’s fault 

peters was abused all game long against the bengals— wentz’s fault 

meanwhile wentz’s fault is his mechanics suck. His footwork suck. He’s making bad decisions and not playing well at the moment. Probably needs to listen and utilize the coaches. But clearly those other issues are invalid because in your world we only talk QB every second of every post. 

Pretty simple that you still aren’t getting the fact you CAN TALK ABOUT ALL OF THAT. This really shouldn’t be that hard of a concept to understand. Except you make every single discussion into a wentz discussion. Not everything needs to be about wentz. I’m sorry you can’t handle that. 

pretty simple question if Bernard doesn’t go get a 42 yard gain on 3rd and 15 setting up a field goal to give them 23 points do the eagles win the game with wentz last drive to score? Answer should be yes. But knowing you, you’ll ignore that was a huge deciding factor in the game along with wentz’s horrible decisions on passes that got picked and missing WRs.

But the 9 touchdowns on 12 red zone trips are accepted and we don’t discuss it. 0 turnovers on the season for the defense. We don’t discuss. Got it.

Only wentz cause he played bad. Defensive unit plays bad we just ignore it cause we are incapable of talking about anything other than QB.
