These coaches are not doing well.  Nelson and Rausl having nice seasons on other teams is showing these coaches are not teaching these players anything.

Maddox has been pretty damn terrible. Quite simply he's not an outside corner. They should never have gone in to this year with the plan to play him on the outside.

he never was a outside corner. He played nickel in college and should have been our nickel here. Douglas and Jones were our only outside corners on this team other then Slay. I think Jim knew he would use that as an excuse to get Mills back on the outside.

I was impressed with Maddox tackling ability. A skill that's lost on like 40% of modern NFL corners.
