Mullen is playing like Wentz in the 2nd half vs. Washington. Guys are open; he's just not hitting them/turning it over. So the Eagles are playing 8 in the box, daring him to throw.

As I responded to another poster, it seems it happens even when all our starters are in as well.  Maybe it's just me, but it seems we just fail to pick it up and adapt no matter who the OL is.
