Brady has the "I made a huge mistake” look.

Game isn't over yet but

Brady 15/25 157 1TD 2INT

That oline was the worst I have seen in the entire nfl today and it wasn’t close

Reasons for losing today

1. Howie Roseman for not fixing the oline when we were down two starters.

2. Doug Pederson for horrible play calling.

3. Carson Wentz for inaccuracy, always staring down one guy, and holding the ball to long knowing his oline is decimated.

First TWO picks in the draft have to be oline

The one positive is I don’t think it could get much worse. I’m already predicting a win next week.

There’s no pass rush. DE is still top priority imo

Also could use help at corner. NRC is a free agent and maddox is entering the last year of his contract

Frankly, I don't trust them to draft OL with the way they draft. I'd rather they target a veteran if one is available.

Great game by the Cardinals....

I bet Wentz gets a mystery injury this week.

How much?

Everyone should take a deep breath. It was the first game. If things do not improve next week, then we can worry.

I'm hoping that week 1 was a fluke but I'm not optimistic about next week. If they don't help the Oline then Donald may get a sack record

I think everyone is overreacting to the o-line play. Yes, it wasn’t great, but what team who loses their starting LT, RG, and RT wouldn’t struggle against that D-Line? That team is loaded with talent upfront and now has very good coaching to go along with it.

I think the O-Line ultimately is OK this year.

Yup. Its gonna be tough when you move 2 guys in their first games a couple days before the game. Can't be good for Mailata and Pryor whom both have been on the team a few years and driscoll and Herbig play over them both.

Eagles have a pretty mediocre record when Lane johnson doesn't play and with all the injuries already and moving guys all over it made for a mess especially against a really good DLine.

Hopefully Lane is back next week and they figure out what the heck they're doing at guard.

Personally I would have left peters at guard he's not quick enough for tackle anymore and then take chances at LT with driscoll Mailata even opera who played LT in college I'm mean they won the Superbowl with vaitai at LTor sign glenn but trotting out the Online they did today is a losing cause.

That was a high ball from Brady on the failed 2pt

You'd think only Wentz throws those if you saw this thread:ph34r:

Lol what?

Uh, what? Isn’t every OL we have besides JP and Brooks drafted by/signed by the eagles as rookies?

Another thing I had been saying all off-season.  The Redskins have some ridiculous talent on defense, not just d-line.  Rivera and Del Rio are going to get the best out of them.  Kerrigan has always been a pain to deal with even with bad coaching.

I don't think anyone is panicking. It's more that a lot of people didn't pick the Eagles to be all that good this year, for reasons that ended up being pretty glaring in today's game.

If these types of issues are going to show vs a bad team, imagine what they'll look like against better teams? Coming into today the Eagles are 10-14 the last two seasons against teams not named the WFT and Giants. They've essentially beaten up those two teams the last couple years and lived off of it. Been below .500 vs everyone else.

Today they couldn't even continue that trend.

It's not panicking, it's just confirming a lot of concerns people already had. I thought this was an 8-8 team and I honestly was tempted to go 7-9. I'm not fond of this team. Haven't been for a while now, they haven't looked consistently good in a couple years.

I feel like the only time I see Ryan Kerrigan highlights is when it's against the Eagles. He is in the anti-Eagles HOF. Right next to Ronde Barber. He owns us.

Not by this current front office iteration. Kelce was Reid. Lane was Chip/Howie. We can give Howie some credit for that I guess, but it was at least partially Chip's call. Brooks was a FA, Peters was a trade.

Are we under the assumption lane stays healthy and peters holds up?

the rate carson gets hit and injured and doug just keeps throwing , he's on the same path andrew luck took.

I cant use LT as an excuse. It was JP playing today.  While not what he used to be, Peters still knows the position and was the best option.  It was really the right side that was backups playing. Regardless the O-line as a whole just didnt play well.

The blame goes to O-line, Wentz and DP.  They all didnt just play bad in the 2nd half but they played some of the worst football I've seen.  Defense played good,  not great.  Thanks to Wentz they were put in several bad situations.

Btw, why did Herbig start over Pryor?

Wentz is injured?

Troy said Bucs are still going to win 13-14 games:roll:
