3-0 with with at least 2-3 more near turnovers from Wentz and about 1-2 near turnover/opportunities from Haskins.

Every year it's the same thing. Wentz ball security is awful. He's a fumbling machine

McManus reporter DeSean wasn’t hurt at all. So what was up with him today?

How the F did Pryor go from Starter to vansihed?

Curious to hear what Doug has to say about that. He'll probably be a itch about it

They showed him being evaluated by a trainer on the sidelines.  I'm not buying it.

They will spin that as wanting to have Pryor available to hop in at LT without shuffling the entire OL.

If that's the real reason, and not spin, it's very stupid. Pryor wasn't even 1st off the bench!

Not buying this. They showed him getting worked on on the sidelines. Something wasn't right with him.

Herbig, Pryor, and Mailata probably don't belong on a roster and are PS quality players.

Driscoll may become a stud, may become a bust, and certainly wouldn't make it to the PS as a 4th round pick...but he also isn't nearly ready to be the only rosterable backup on the team.  He looks more like the rookie draft pick that is one of the last guys off the bench.

Stoutland, Doug, and Howie should have known this was not an acceptable depth situation even before starters began going down.

Not sure how much of the blame is on stout on that aspect. He’s not making roster decisions. Likely gets a say in who he likes but he’s not getting final say. He might have been saying we need Glenn and the eagles said we will do it after week 1

When I read that article about Doug being on the hot seat I thought it was funny. After today, I believe it

At least Dallas sucks.

As soon as I read this they scored a TD

Peters (to me) looked woefully out of shape. But, he did stay in the entire game. So ... there’s at least that.

Kind of sad that we're considering this a positive.

That's what I want to know. We kept hearing good things about Pryor and then boom

I think during the first INT he ended up being on the ground and kind of looking like he was in pain. Then he was on the sidelines for awhile. When he came back in the announcers made mention how he was working with the trainers and we're sure if he was coming back

Wouldn't surprise me if he injured something and chose to come back into the game

We hate the Saints, but lol

OK, one other thing...let's cross check what we heard from camp with what we saw today...future reference for the validity of camp BS.

- Reagor looks like a rookie stud.  Further review: upheld.  He had an up and down day and has a lot to learn, but you can see his talent.

- Hightower was turning heads.  Further review: somewhat upheld.  He had a really bad game, but it was still useful camp info.  Obviously he did something in camp that gave them confidence in him.  He played and was targeted a lot.  So they did genuinely like his camp.

- Malik Jackson is blowing up the OL.  Sweat killed every LT.  Further review: upheld.

- The OL is going to be a disaster.  Further review: upheld.

- JJAW is a whole new player.  Further review: don't even go here.

- Whispers that Wentz was having a somewhat erratic, inaccurate camp.  Further review: eh, let's not touch this one right now.

So some truth and some misdirection behind the camp reports.

Doug shouldn't be the play caller anymore. Hand it over to Press

Goff can’t read a defense but still knows when to throw the ball away.

And gets rid of it quick

Kupp is already 27? Dumb contract extension there...

rams are attacking the dallas DTs and having success. We need to study this

Hell, Burrow was getting rid of the ball it bad situations

I think that was after he made the tackle on the interception. He was getting rotated in and out before that.

Only a 3 year extension. I don't think it was bad at all. I'd take Kupp over every wr on this team

Somehow we’re 3 point favorites next week

No doubt Carson is more in the big ben mold and wants to hang on to it to make the big play

he needs to dial that back. Alot

Lane, Barnett, Sanders back. We should be fine.

This is confirmed?

Even with a HEALTHY Dillard and Brooks, if they are correct in their thought that Herbig is better than Pryor who they think is better than Mailata....then based on what Herbig looked like today, they should have been in PANIC mode about their OL depth long before the injuries even happened.

Herbig looks like the love child between Hank Fraley and slimer from ghostbusters.  That's a practice squad player, which means every non-starter on their OL besides Driscoll belongs on a practice squad and not an NFL roster.

Kinda scares me about the coaching staff.  They're putting Herbig in over Pryor when Pryor was the guy getting most of the 1st team reps during TC from what I read.

Last year they had JJAW and Mack Hollins playing over Greg Ward.  Not sure the coaches are putting the best players out there.

I'm not a film guy, but I bet we'll see that there were several available check downs that Carson refused to throw.

To me, this is an addressable, yet critical issue for the coaches to fix.  We've seen Rodgers, Ben, etc., manage to play well behind crap at OL.  Check it down or throw it away.

This one bad trait could submarine what still may be a really successful career.

I think what you see is what you get.  Its year 5 now for Wentz.  If he hasnt fixed his pocket presence, fumbling, refusal to throw it away, slide or get out of bounds by now then I dont think it will get fixed.

He got alot of praise for the 4 game stretch last year to get into the playoffs and deservingly so.  Maybe that went to his head a little.  Maybe he feels like he is above coaching.

Eh, we have enough slot WRs.

Speaking of slot WRs. Justin Jefferson had 2 catches for 26 yards.

This is hope. They "should” be back.
