Flying across country helps with the rams game. However lane might play he might also not make it all the way through. Ditto for Barnett and sanders. Sanders left games last year and has been dealing with this for a couple of weeks

Yup. Even if we win, we're going to sweat that bet out. 

I don't want any draft picks traded for players this year.  That includes offensive linemen.  We've wasted 3rd and 4th round picks on midseason trades in the last 2 years.  If our GM could draft, that right there could have been respectable OL depth or another WR or a RB behind Sanders.

I think the Eagles win next week. This is a similar situation as the Packers game last year.

Given our schedule, there's a chance we're 3-5 by the trade deadline. IMO, that makes us sellers, not buyers.

This is 100% Wentz + Doug. The Oline shares some blame but Wentz made them look worse with his bad decision making. 

I was not on the bandwagon to keep Vaitai or Howard.  Vaitai was basically unretainable.

But the fact remains that they let 2 players walk in the offseason who would have completely changed the complexion of this game.  Even if letting both walk was a necessity, they should have done more than nothing to replace their respective roles.
