(Disclaimer #2:  I was with said waitress lookalike when I met my current wife, so there's a history there)

Perhaps. I was as confused as anyone when the Pats traded a 2nd rd pick for him last year. Oddly enough, I recall the reactions in the blog being somewhat mixed on that at the time.

It was far worse than trading a 3rd for Tate.

Rob? Is that you?

(Disclaimer #3:  I love my wife dearly. Lookalike "the waitress" is still a good friend of ours. Wouldn't trade my current life for one with her in a minute. She knows; I know. We're good)

Shannahn and the 9ers are missing a boat load

Packers have a bunch of late round wide recievers

How come it always comes back to injuries when we see a bunch of no names succeed else where?

The 9ers still had their first round pick in Aiyuk, the best TE in the game with Kittle, and Samuel returning for them. The Packers still have their line in tact and Rodgers is good enough to get it done with anyone as long as he has protection.

The Eagles had 4 of 5 starting linemen out at some point during the game with Lane in and out and their best receivers were Ward and Fulgham. Trust me, I've been critical of Wentz this season and I think his mechanics have been absolute garbage for pretty much this entire season and he has regressed, but it's not even close injury wise to some of these other teams.

(Disclaimer #4)  Relax bro, all you did was post a picture and none of here even know your wife.

Yes.

Just to break things up a bit.

Dee is hot, but the waitress is on fire!

lets just say we have different tastes

Much different.

Really hope Mailata is our stud LT for the next decade and beyond. Kid has all the physical properties to be THE elite left tackle in the NFL. Let's hope he gets the technique down.

This young man could be our premier bookend on Carson's blind side for the duration of both their careers. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.

That's cool. Different strokes for different folks.

The more diverse we are as a people, the better chance we all get what we want.

No Ill's there my bro! Thats why there is a mate somewhere for every person. We are all different, and yet, we are all the same.

ok enough with the cryptic philosophic musings

I wish Franklin we're around.

I really want to see the league FG stats this year. Seems was worse than most years.

I've often pondered whether or not a dead silence would be more nerve-racking than a crowd going crazy.

You can use the crowd to hone your focus, when it's quiet, it's all in your head. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Tried once, was told without hesitation "no". Didn't push, won't push. Some friends are just off limits.

Not all, but some.

Who? All I see is some kids playing in the sand, a person in the water, and a bird.

I have every ep of ASIP on an SSD and I've been watching for the last couple days. Probably biased.

Doug should incorporate more tries and scrums to take advantage of Mailata’s rugby background. Why isn’t he putting him in the best position to succeed?!?!?!

I would really love to see them go with a tackle eligible play with him at some point either on the goalline, or short yardage.   The 49ers were selling out 100% for the QB sneak, how hard would it be for him to sneak out for quick dump off?  Then I'd love to see the DBs trying to tackle him.

I'm not huge into college ball, but I did start to follow Wallace on social media as he's an entertaining guy on there. I don't know much about him as a player though, I liked that he didn't appear afraid of Kittle (some rookies may be awed by him), but Kittle is a beast who will abuse all but the best of the best. What's Wallace's supposed strength? Is he a speedy/athletic guy, or more of a thumper, in the box type of safety?

Biggest strength I would say is leadership, effort.   But, I think he's more in the Jenkins role than he would be McLeod.

You can use it whenever you want, but it doesnt make it any more accurate just because youre being an "analyst"

The reality is that a WR may run a poor route/not be where hes supposed to be and it looks like a "layup"

On tv it may look like a layup but you cant see that there is no throwing lane

But hey any time there's an incompletion we'll say his mechanics are bad and he missed a layup and we'll all sound like analysts

Or perhaps sound like anal cysts...

Off topic, RIP to one of the greats

Sweat is a bit different then say taylor.

Sweat was a highly recruited player played at a big college and dropped in draft because of injury concerns.

Taylor played what one year of high school ball?

He has a ton of athletic ability but as far as game experience knowledge he's raw, he's a lot like Mailata in that he's raw experience wise but has a lot of athletic ability.

Im not sure he's ready for any snaps this year.

Having said that i think there will be more voices clamouring for singleton to get more snaps over the trio of gerry edwards and Riley all of which have looked pretty subpar so far.

Seems singleton has better instincts than gerry, riley and is a better athlete than edwards.

Also wouldn't mind seeing bradley get some snaps at LB couldn't be worse than gerry and riley
