Lane getting injured just recently started though. It could very well be that he just hasn't had the time to heal fully

He last played 16 games in 2015.

Im not saying I’d go out of my way to move him, because I wouldn’t.

But you generally won’t get great value on players unless you are willing to risk parting ways a bit early.  For instance, if you wanted a 2 for Ertz, the time to do it was this past offseason when we were all arguing about it.  Now it’s too late.

If Lane gets hurt again next year, so too does his trade value.

I didn't call you any names. You called somebody selfish and ignorant.

Also, you couldn't explain why "your Guy" doesn't say the things that you said.  Leave it at that.

I agree on every one of those, I tried to think of others but I think your list is spot on for me.

Worst was pretty hard for me to narrow down, Gerry is lucky he made some type of positive play so I had to go with JJAW who hasn't had a single positive snap.

Next step was also a toss up with me. But I think I can see the blueprint with Hightower. After a disappointing week 1 he's playing better and slowly gaining Wentz trust. Going for him deep twice at the end of the Cincy game as well as 4th down in the last game, you can see the rapport building.

I have a friend who yells at the screen in public movie theaters, we don't go to the movies with him anymore☹️

One of my favorite memories of my childhood was going to Stampede Wrestling with my friend and he would yell like crazy at the "heels”.  He got so angry at the Cuban Assassin during a match he took out a big Rice Krispies ball and fired it at the ring — hit the Cuban Assassin right in the back of the head, who didn’t even break character; he just turned to the audience and shook his fist.

My friend still watches wrestling to this day and attends events.

I think I've seen enough up to this point that I'm fairly certain this team is a 5 to 7 win team.

Sadly with 7 wins they could possibly win the division.

If they beat the ravens and steelers or either I'll be shocked, I just don't see it

Idk i think 7 wins is generous for this team.

At steelers— loss. I think it’s a horrible matchup for our defense. Weapons galore and a very good oline that can neutralize our pass rush.

Vs ravens— loss. I do think we matchup better vs. ravens but the ravens imo are just a better team

Vs. giants— Win. Giants are a disaster

vs. Cowboys— toss up. If we have guys back we should score. I think it’s likely a shootout.

at giants— win.

at Cleveland— toss up But really think more of a loss. Cleveland is actually a solid team.

Vs. seattle— loss. Should be able to score points but Wilson always kills us

at Packers— loss. They might be playing the best football of any nfc team. And Rodgers seems to have a chip on his shoulder based of them drafting his eventual replacement

vs. saints— loss. I do think the eagles have a shot in this game.

at cardinals— toss up. Depends on which cardinals show up. But we always struggle going into Arizona. I know we’ve lost every single time I’ve seen us live in az for over a decade and a half

at Dallas— loss. I don’t see us sweeping. I see a split

vs. Washington— Win

so 3 wins for sure and 3 toss ups to get to 7. I think they likely lose 2 of those toss ups.

With the Toth signing, are we seeing the ending of the Pryor era on the main roster?  Or Opeta?

JJAW lined up correctly no😉

Hightower yeah he's looking better than he did after a horrible week 1.

There was a lot of hype on here for him coming out of camp, I'm still waiting for him to catch a long ball hopefully soon.

Nice! I asked about this a couple weeks back. I thought the cardinals released him and wanted him to be brought back. I still think with stoutland he can be a nice backup with starter potential. It blows the cardinals wasted a year with below average oline coaching

Neither, yet. Toth is the 10th OL, so I think everyone is safe. If Seumalo comes back, then it's a conversation.

I think the Eagles will end up 7-8-1.  Turds might go 8-8 because the other offenses in the division can’t keep up with them in a shootout, even with their bad defense.

Holy cow I just googled the Cuban assassin, he's listed at 5'7" and 250 lbs.

I think he could have been a Philly "Big Back"

Lol

I suppose Juriga could be the candidate.  All depend on other roster areas and Brown getting the scheme down.

Sounds about right I'll split the difference between 5 and 7 wins and say 6.

Though even though giants are a disaster I could see eagles losing one to them as they are usually close games.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if Brown is the one to go. Juriga has some value as a backup C with no Seumalo and Herbig starting.

8-8 to win the division.?

If DAL somehow loses to the Giants this Sunday I’m amending my prediction.  That game should be about 40-16.

JJAWFUL is awesome

If the Titans/Bills game gets cancelled they’re going to have to add a "bye week” between week 17 and wildcard I would assume as a buffer.

I agree. Dallas defense is horrendous but I think the g mens offense might be worse.

When did they re sign toth?

This afternoon.

I think the downside is that his snaps have to be managed due to his knee. So he'll only ever be a rotational guy. Shame because you're right he's a baller.

Even as a rotation end, 3 sacks in 4 games with a good amount of pressures and stout in the run game is good for me.  This d-line could be turning things around.  I was very hard on the Hargrave signing and still think he was a luxury they didn't need with so many other glaring holes but he is stepping up.

If Avery, Sweat and Barnett can be the nucleus of D-Ends moving forward that would be huge and allow the Eagles to focus on playmakers at WR, CB, LB and getting younger at DT and OL.

I still think at some point Ostman is going to get called up.  Once Vinny and BG are gone they are going to have to go cheap.  If Ostman can be a rotation guy along with Toohill then you have 5 ends.

Sweat and Barnett start.  Avery, Toohill, Ostman all rotate.  If the opportunity is there to add a legitimate starter so Sweat can just rotate I'm all for it.
