Dallas losing makes it feel like we are still 0-1. I will eat crow but don't think this team is in the running for anything this year. I still see the same team and problems that existed since Reich left.

the 2 teams that should be competing for the division will have the same record. So it may as well be 0-0.

This OL is Fed. Ownership really needs to do a deep dive into player health. I refuse to believe this team is snake bitten...there has to be a tangible reason for all the injuries.

It’s a chip curse. Someone is screwing with the smoothies.

big drive here

Leonard Floyd. Did not need.

He really isn’t, but ok...

He's not?  Reagor was used as a deep ball only guy, although we all hope he transitions to WR1 shortly.

Desean's either injury or load management has him relegated to decoy status.  I wouldn't even call HIM WR3.  That's going to be Hightower.

And then we have Ward.  That's it.  I'm not sure WR 2 is high enough.

Do we have someone on this team that I'm tragically unaware of?

Well thats dumb...

You’re being intentionally obtuse.

That’s bs

oh good. penalty

I hate dallas but that is a horrible OPI call.

Who are the top 2 WRs on this team who will receive more targets this year than Ward?

That was a BAD call

this dallas loss affords us time to gel a bit. Hopefully look better next week. No real harm done.

Very nice. Relief to end the night.

LA front getting a ton of pressure.

Makes up for the hands in the face of Goff on the pick.

Well at least the cowboys still suck

Still can’t believe they didn’t kick that fg to tie it with 7 min left.

Reagor and DJax.

Well at least Dallas sucks too

Honestly the roster of this team has massive problems. Wentz has his own set of issues. But it feels like every year since 2017 the team has had worse and worse talent and more and more aging players getting hurt. The good players are aging and having trouble staying healthy. The young players we have besides maddox, goedert, seumalo and sanders (when healthy) have been massively underwhelming. This roster is of that if a 8-9 win team. Factor in injuries it’s more of a 6-8 win team. Fans don’t want to hear that but if you take the eagles colored glasses off. It’s not a top of the league talented team especially not without brooks, sanders and lane.

My issue is if we didn't win the SB are we still having this conversation 😂. Besides it being a great night and bringing tears of joy. I still felt it was a blind squirrel scenario. U had certain role players performing at higher levels. Key players at higher levels. Coaching and play calling at an all time high. Imo FO became too confident too fast. U win one SB and start acting like u have the blueprint. Serious question. When is the last time an Eagles team knew what they were, what their good at and stuck to it?

Mike McCarthy is a moron of a coach

Cowboys are pathetic. All that talent and still can't get it done

OK, Watched the Boys lose the Rams since we are playing them next week.   We've had Goff's number in the past but that Defense is pretty good.   As bad as today was.  No division is ever really won on week 1.   Regroup, and let's come back strong next week.

NFC BEAST

Football Team: 1-0

Gmen: 0-0

Birds: 0-1

Boys: 0-1

Reagor and DJax.

I guess you feel comfortable banking on Desean's health and usage...I don't.  I'm not sure how anyone could after this game.  It's clear the coaches have no confidence in him to stay upright.

Reagor needs to adjust to a bigger role as a more complete WR (Ward is used more at present) and Desean needs to stay on the field.  The chances of BOTH of those things happening are low.

Ward will have WR2 usage over the course of the whole year.  Game 1 speaks to that already.

Not very confident Doug can continue his winning ways against the Prodigy McVay next Sunday but whatever, I had forgotten just how sweet a Dallas loss tastes. Not a total turd of a Sunday I suppose.

so so so glad he's in the nfc:e.  though a moron will get things right every now and then, i hope doug doesn't coach down to his level.  i hope if we have a decimated offensive line for the next couple of weeks, we have a grind fest mucking yards to help out our o-line.

for our sake, i hope sanders plays next week cause the duo of clement and scott in the backfield was meh.

Even if Ward out targets them, I wouldn’t see him as anything more than WR3. To me, the ranking has more to do with how a defense chooses to defend you. Defenses are more than happy to let Ward catch six yard passes.

On every single play, teams will be more aware of Reagor and DJax.

I don’t really get anything out of Dallas losses on days we embarrass ourselves.
