I kind a look at it this way if you play time of possession game and you just keep feeding Zeke then you can help your defense immensely. I think McCarthy has to rely on Zeke now whereas before he just kept throwing in throwing throwing regardless. We’ll see. I don’t think McCarthy is ever going to be that coach that relies on a heavy run game. Committing to the run will help the D but definitely won’t fix it. Once they are down two scores it’s gonna be bombs away.

Are the Cowboys coming back to win against the Falcons or almost coming back to win against the Browns with Dalton?  I don’t see it

Oh they’re gonna lose against better teams but I do think they could beat some teams to win 6-7 games playing that style. 

frankly if Alex Smith can get back to looking like Alex Smith before his injury then Washington has a chance to win this division

Dalton is plenty good enough to get this Dallas offense past the absolute dross in the NFC East, they've got three receivers better than anyone else in the division, the best healthy tailback in the division.  Dalton was at his worst when he had no one but Green to force it to.

Receivers make mistakes, etc every single game.  

The issue is (I'm sure you noticed) that it looked almost "painful" for Wentz to make some throws.  He needs to "wind up" to make a "lob pass" and that's an issue...especially when half his "lob passes" end up being "worm burners".

Yes we are rivals but I was watching live and it wasn't pretty.   I hope Dak can recover.  Look, we've been here before as a team also losing Carson back to back seasons.   But that was bad.

Oh wentz had his issues today. He had poor throws to sanders and he held onto the ball way too much knowing his offensive line has issues. However Nelson agholor made that same catch today that Hightower dropped. Let that sink in. Agholor made that type of catch today and our wide reicever had it go right throw his hands.

Every year it seems like we have guys in position to Make a Big play and they don’t. Doesn’t excuse wentz performance but it’s frustrating every year guys are dropping touchdowns or big plays.

 My guy has always been Watkins.  I liked Hightower in the draft but I've always had Watkins higher than Hightower.

This may have been  Hightower's best game. He was open down field so many times. Carson missed every throw to him.
