gase will be released soon too

He should’ve never been hired unless you want to just burn it all to the ground and start over.

Gase hated him from the start

I doubt this was a Gase call

Jets Release LeVeon Bell.

What a horrible decision he made a few years ago.

The Giants could use him. Pats type of player, they might grab him. Could also see the Dolphins, Bears, Cardinals, Chargers, Ravens, Bills, Texans grabbing him. Just please for the love of god Howie don’t.

NFL guys know what they’re doing. I have no idea how anyone could watch Josh Allen in his final year of college and think he’d be a really good QB. He’s a baller.

Allen was really good his junior year but in his senior year he had 4 or 5 new O linemen and a new RB

$15M? Ouch

I wouldn’t put it past the Chiefs to go out and sign bell. CEH has been struggling over the last four weeks. He’s average just 3.6 yards per carry in his last 46 carries. He only had 10 rushes last week.

This has to be BS.  If true, absolutely disfunctional.

I remember last year in the Falcons game we only dressed two tight ends. Doug said the game plan revolved around 12 personnel too.

I can't recall a team ever making that stupid of a decision in long time. Goedert was goes out and the whole gameplan was scrapped.

Does anyone remember this? Howie needs to go.

Based on what over the cap has, his cap number was 15.4 mill anyways

Howie is toxic AF

Though one of his complaints were they didn't give him the ball enough

Honestly no one was going to have success on that Jets team. The fact that Robby Anderson had decently productive stats on that team with how garbage they are at offensive line, QB and HC is pretty amazing. Like that entire offense is a dumpster fire besides crowder

People are acting like that report is BS but think back over the last 2 years.

We have so many off the wall roster decisions. That Golden Tate trade was the 1st tell. Trading for a player that none of the coaches even had input on was dumb. Then they couldn't even scheme him.

We just piss away draft picks and cap. 2nd and 3rd rounders are very valuable.

But now we can sign him without giving up ertz and curry... lol

Interested to see where he goes. I see a team like the dolphins, cardinals and even chiefs since CEH has been struggling.

That was my idea btw, thank you very much...

All kidding aside, SF would be a good spot for him I think.  Seems like RBs do well in Shanahan's system.

I feel like San Fran likes mister, McKinnon and Coleman is going to be back. Seems like a crowded backfield. I still think he goes to a winning team. Chiefs make too much sense considering it’s CEH and Williams. Neither are getting the job done right now

Are they though?  We used them on a backup QB and a raw athletic LB that can't see the field.

Why would a HC or even a DC let a GM who has no background in actual football dictate who plays?

The scariest and most dangerous position this team could be in right now in regards to the future is Roseman feeling like his job is on the line. You want the mindset of your GM to always be 2-3 years down the road as far as assets and team structure. If he feels pressed to win this year, he might make a stupid trade and give up a first or several high picks for a guy just to try to save the season and his job. It’s exactly like O’Brien did in Houston. As a coach, he felt his job was a year to year deal and didn’t care getting rid of picks as long as it helped them that year regardless of the situation it put the team in.

What you mean two rookies who haven’t had a chance to produce in just 5 games??? CUT THEM!!!!

i'm done with peters , let the young guys play and atleast we should know how good the depth on the line is. hell i like to sua opeta play some guard

Yup me too, opeta looks the part physically wouldnt mind seeing him play over Pryor. Pryor has been pretty unspectacular.

My first though is this is absolute BS but at this point and how bad this team is ran the last two seasons I wouldn’t be shocked if it were true.

If this report is decisions on active gameday roster not just PS then that's bad, howie has no business making game day active roster.

Sounds like a poor choice.

I'd have to think Lurie wouldn't allow something drastic if he's even in doubt about Howie

I remember when he did that to shalique calhoun in the first rd of the college playoff. Looked like he got hit by a 12 gauge.
