WAWA is an old Native American word meaning 'goose', which is why that's their logo.    Not sure what tribe.  Just did a bit of research... it was the Lenni Lenape tribe.

They should just shut Lane down for the season and let him get his surgery. Roll with Driscoll and let him get some reps. This is going to be a weekly deal with Lane if they keep going this route and this team isn’t doing anything this season anyway.

Could at least put him on the 3-game IR list and re-evaluate after 3 weeks.  Maybe they're waiting until one of those weeks is the bye week to lengthen the recovery time.  Since he's been ruled out for this Sunday that could be done immediately, as Week 9 is the bye.

I like Ertz a lot. No he's not a blocker but up until this year (other than when he first hit the league) he tried. Not sure what's up with him this year so far but if he did suddenly turn downhill thak goodness he didn't get another contract and thank goodness for Goedert

Schwartz has his own issues. None of this is working because Howie can't draft and Schwartz can't adjust to coach players up or make them work in his scheme.  Both need to go.

Yup. Ive been saying that his contract is also awful as well as the thinking at 33 he would stay healthy. Go look at John brown’s contract he got it after similar type year Desean had over his previous two. It’s when we extended desean. It’s a way better contract for a younger player
