Good god I hope not.

Any news on Reagor? Wasn’t he only supposed to be out 4-6 weeks? It’s already been 4.

Honestly, I wish we cut just cut them with an injury settlement and move on with the younger guys.

I'd guess Brown is playing to offer Kelce someone who has more than 5 games of career experience on the OL against a good D.  It's not much to ask is it?

Since he was put on IR, he had to miss 3 games. He's eligible to return against the Giants on Thursday.

But is he close to being healthy or are we not gonna see him till December?

I think after the bye.

Or just leave them on the sidelines.

And while I wish Pryor good ongoing health after his contact with a Rona victim, it will be an interesting case to see how the OL operates without him.

I'd prefer to let the young players even have the spots on the sidelines. We need to get younger at WR and healthier.  Alshon and DeSean are injuries waiting to happen.

It appears they are just injured, period.

They simply can't be relied upon.

I was a little concerned when we signed DJax because fast WRs often have hamstring issues when they get in their 30s.   Plus, his body just can't take punishment now.  Whenever he gets hit, he usually comes up gimpy even when he keeps playing.  The Eagles need to start thinking about adding durability and usually it coincides with youth.

If ertz is traded with a team that runs so much 12 a solid 2nd TE Is a must.

Question I have is can he run block? If not I want no part of him.

Ertz not being able to run block contributes to the ineffectiveness of 12 personnel.

There is a wealth of athletic tight end talent in college football right now....which means they will ignore it.

I think I'd activate Davion Taylor to spy Jackson.   Speed on speed.   Let his natural instincts go.  All he needs to do is stay between Jackson and the goalline... no other responsibility.   Box and 1 Defense.... basketball style.

That's what I've been saying for weeks.  If he's that good of an athlete how hard is it to say Davion, #8 is your guy.  Don't let him get past you.

Why do that when #47 has shown all season he has all of the physical tools and high football iq to get this type of job done.

rest assured, whatever makes the most sense, the Eagles will do the opposite. Expect a healthy serving of Nate Gerry this weekend folks.

Gerry has been on the field for 355/359 defensive snaps this year.  The question isn’t how much action he’ll see — it’s how much, and how often, the Ravens will exploit him

How bad are the draft picks that they can’t get on the field over the worst linebacker in football ?

That and... DeSean has suffered with soft tissue injuries his entire career.

It’s just a short-sightedness in roster construction.  The Eagles actively chose to fill the LB position with a 5th round pick (Gerry) and a UDFA in TJ Edwards, with an undrafted FA in Singleton and a FA castoff in Riley.  They did this apparently believing the LB position would not be a deficiency.  The only effort they made in the draft was to draft a LB in the third round who they saw as a project for 2021 and beyond, and a 6th round pick projected to be a ST player at the next level.

It’s almost impossible to hide a weakness in the NFL.  When the Eagles spent money to shore up SS CB with Slay it just meant opposing teams would attack the next obvious weakness.  Quite a few people in NFL circles identified LB as the Eagles weakness on defense — not sure why the Eagles didn’t

Well, that certainly suggests that Gerry is not the worst LB in football.

I think at this point the problem isn't the draft picks, it's the fact that Schwartz was completely delusional on how good Riley, Gerry and Jatavious Brown were, to the point that they were shocked when Brown decided to just give up football rather than try to even compete for a job here, which they were ready to hand him.

Does anyone trust this team to know who to play anymore? I mean, they were putting Matt Pryor, who can't even play right guard, at LT in front of Mailata. At what point do you take the keys away from these drunken morons and convince them that they are better off calling a taxi than trying to run a football team. Heck, if JJAW wasn't injured, Fulgham would have never seen the field.

We are the only team that gets better when guys get injured because our coaches have no idea whom to put on the field.

I'm convinced that Gerry must have some family connections within the organization. There doesn't seem to be any other rational explanation why they would start him when he is the worst LB in pass coverage this year.
