We can say the same about Fulgham today.  He didn't turn it on until the Ravens started playing softer.

Well he is a practice squad player.

Wentz isn't the problem folks......

Not the past two or three weeks. That doesn’t absolve him of his poor play the first three weeks.

The defense this season has been situationally carved up by Dwayne Haskins, CJ Beathard, and Joe Burrow. Lamar beats people on the ground, that's just what he does so I had limited to no expectations on them stopping him there.

This is really a brutal unit that is consistently giving up ~30 points a week, not creating turnovers, and not making key, situational stops when it calls for.

The struggles on offense have made the defense look worse by spotting teams great field position in every game.

We’re not a rebuilding team at all.

Yes we are.  Either that or we're totally crippled by injuries.  We're not a contender, we're not good, and we're going nowhere this season.

We had two starters left on offense at the end of the game.

The two point play was pretty terrible though.

I didn't like the play call there either, but I understand the reasoning behind it.

Mailata, Sweat, Herbig, Bradley, Singleton all look like pieces that will help in the future.  Singleton impressed me today.  I didn't think he looked that great before today but he really put his nose in there on defense.

Clearly, you are 😀

sounds you are ok with losing no matter what.

No genius, but I'm ok w/losing in a LOST SEASON when we're going nowhere.  Capiche?

So you are saying he is showing steady improvement after a slow start with no preseason? I'll take that. Especially with the embarrassing offense Howie has given him.

Maybe Fran Duffy or the other film grinders will make me feel better about it, but I doubt it.

So are any of our guys coming back? Jackson, Jeffrey, Reagor, Peters, Seamulo, Johnson, Goedert???

I hated the Hurts pick and still do, but for the handful amount of times they get him involved it’s almost always been significantly positive plays. He teed up the Sanders run today and brings some nice juice in.

I guess. The season is over in part to his poor "preseason play.”

9 carries, fumbled, dropped a TD pass, then got hurt.

Please don't add in his long run.

A disgruntled and disengaged Ertz

Boston Scott
Travis Fulgham
Greg Ward
John Hightower
JJ Arcega-Whiteside
Richard Rodgers
Jason Croom (still don’t know who the hell this is)

this is who Wentz has to work with and then we tell him go win games

Not at all. Just the guy saying that a loss is a loss and today’s loss isn’t a positive.

Well I'll agree to disagree.  When this lost season is over, we'll be thankful we lost this game.

I totally disagree, they showed fight, never gave up with a bunch of no names....but most important....they didn't hurt their draft positioning!!!  Now we just need to lock Howie back up in the basement!!

get rid of gerry playing 2 hand touch and 0 instinct left his gap on that lamar run for no reason

They are also for teams that are fielding a team that is down to practice squad players on oliine and wide receiver.

Frankly, as much as I hate to say it, the injuries might be a good thing...  it forces young guys into tough spots and forces them to play.  And this team desperately needs to get younger.  And they can lose and it doesn't hurt as bad.  And if they don't win the division this year... that might be a good thing in the long run.

No it wasn't. We had the division lead after his "poor play". That's just dishonest right there. It became over after the last few weeks of better play.

Don’t forget 4 Olineman who are 2nd, 3rd and 4th string

Boston Scott behind a not-elite OL is not a playable NFL RB. Please get him off the field.
