There is no reason for him to be on the roster. Just cut him and call it good.

Insert DP "We saw some good things out of Jamon.  We need to look at how we can get better but Jamon played hard."

Well Odell does like to do the dirty work... he’s been known to be the s***

He's going to be 28 next month I think. Rather not get him. His skillset likely falls off a cliff if he comes here

It kind of is for us. Injuries are the new norm. Has any team even come close to the amount of injuries the past few years?

I still can’t get over how bad Jamon Brown was and how he’s still employed on this team

Well, you have to line somebody up there.

This is a pretty cool play design. When you watch it from the end zone angle, this play has some real layers to it. I could see this used as a Hurts reverse or for Ertz (or Richard Rodgers at this point) to leak downfield.

Fourteen out of the first 22 down.  Doesn't even include Peters.

Yes, this is what lucky looks like.

Just remember, Campbell is 6-8 300 lbs.  Mailata ragdolls him and towers over him like he's a JV player.  I'm sure Campbell got the best of him too but it's quite the sight to see.

We don't have cool play designs.

Opeta is on the roster couldn't have been any worse.

Yup Calais is an All Pro player couple years ago he was DPOY candidate, the guy is a stud and a vet who knows all the tricks and Nailata totally man handles him. I just can't stop talking about it, possibly the most impressive play I've seen from an eagles O lineman in a long time.

For the record, he looks great and I was wrong about him, but some perspective on his stats.

I mean this play alone should get him cut without mentioning the play that Campbell threw him 7 yards through the air.

Mailata had a nice block on the play.

Since Peters in his prime. I remember a play against Dallas where JP crushed the DE, came off him to pancake the MLB, and then knocked the safety on his back. Two pancakes after the initial block.

Good play Maybe with Miles out Hurts plays more???

Having said that it's tough to be creative and innovative when offense is down to two starters, Wentz and Kelce.

Love Duffy's chuckle as Kelce pancakes a second level defender, every one knows it's coming and Kelce is gonna blow some poor soul up and as usual kelce doesn't disappoint.😄

Well this was at least fun to watch.

And he is only 23 Years old. Hopefully by the end of the season we will have out LT for the next 10 years.

He's easily the 2nd best OL behind Kelce right now.  That's saying something for a guy who was playing his 3rd football game ever compared to the other lineman who have been playing for over a decade, attending top colleges and universities with expert coaching.

I don't want to go overboard on Mailata today but honestly what we are seeing with him is something special.  I would be happy if Dillard was playing as well as he is and he was a 1st round draft pick.

The biggest obstacle right now for Mailata is the Eagles coaching staff and what they decide to do moving forward in regards to JP and Dillard.  Mailata has All-Pro ability and that's not a stretch to say anymore.  If he continues his growth curve the Eagles should make sure he never leaves the lineup.

Don't know where the buyers/sellers discussion went here, but would you be upset if they traded for a decent linebacker before the deadline?

No
