I don’t think there’s much of a chance we’re dealing Ertz. We’re the favorite to win this dog S division, and he’s hurt.

The black unis suck.

I don't mind them and they've worn the all-white ones a ton so far this season.  They really should start wearing the green with the white pants more often, imo.

Truth be told, The last 2 games were against Pittsburg and Baltimore. 2 of the top 5 Teams in the AFC, and they were close till the end. Even though we had 2-4 Offensive starters available, with going way down the depth chart for Oline and WR positions. The Game before that we beat San Fran a good NFC team.

Against the NFC East?  Even with only 2 starters on Offense?  Yeah I think we have a shot to win some games. Now it would be nice if we could get a few players back, Like Lane, Seaumalo, Goedert, Reagor and Sanders.

Yup. Those would be the ideal color rush jerseys.

He's a top 10 guy for sure. The problem is hes  one of 7 options with Cleveland  where if he goes to (fill in random team with a lot less talent) his numbers would sky rocket.

Hate OBJ, dont want him on this team because he's a headache and gets paid too much, but to think Mclaurin, Thielen, or any of the rookies(right now) is laughable.

And as the resident steelers fan can we pump the brakes on Claypool. His numbers are pedestrian even after laying a beat down on a really bad Eagles team.

Lol if you think Odell is a top 10 Wr right Now. He’s missed time over the last 3. His production over the last two has been like 60 yards per season more than Jordan Matthews career year in Philadelphia. Would you consider Matthews career year in Philadelphia of 997 yards great or top 10 worthy? Cause odell’s 1052 and 1035 over his last two years and is currently on pace for 850 yards this year. So that makes him worthy of being a top 10 receiver?

please don’t give me this he is the seventh option in Cleveland Crap. If you are a top 10 receiver they are going to find you and you’re going to be massively productive. You are that good they aren’t going to just shy away from always throwing it to you. Plus his targets have been ridiculous. He’s had 124 and 133 targets over the last two years. So they’re throwing him the ball. He was the 11th and 13th most targeted wr over the last two years

This isn’t 2016 anymore. It’s been three years since he is put up production where he’s been in the top 15 of any statistical category for wide receivers. Think about that three years he hasn’t been in the top 15 of receiving yards, yards per catch or touchdowns receiving. But yeah over the last two years he’s been in the top 15 of targets for wide receivers. You can’t be a top 10 receiver and every single year for three years finish outside the top 15 and for the majority of those stats outside of the top 20. I don’t give me it’s baker Mayfield, Eli Manning wasn’t good at the end of his career And there’s top 10 wide receivers playing with bad quarterbacks still putting up stats.

and so you know Adam thielen over the last 3 years compared to Odell has been better Except for last year where he missed 6.5 games and currently on pace to outproduce Odell by 250 yards this year. And yes I will take some of the rookies over him because they are on a cheaper contract and they have shown that they could be as productive if not more productive than Odell Beckham this year.

on McLaren he plays with garbage quarterbacks just like Odell Beckham and guess what he is on pace to out produce Odell this year and last year was legitimately the only weapon on Washington as a rookie and had hot garbage at quarterback.  Washington might have had the worst quarterback situation for a receiver last year and now again this year.

Dallas

I actually think Dallas‘ play Should be fitzmagic. He actually makes the most sense for Dallas at the moment. Miami isn’t going to play Fitz Patrick unless Stuart gets hurt. They’re not gonna make that change and then go back to Fitz Patrick if to a struggles. They’re just gonna let him play it out. Because otherwise why would you make that switch if you were thinking about making the playoffs? Plus if I Miami and I could get a pick for FitzPatrick I would do it  And his contract isn’t nearly as hard to fit under the cap as Ryan.

Maybe but Dak isn't signed long term. If they are going to move on from him Matty Mice would be Jerry's choice I'll bet.

LOL

He's on the highest rushing team in the league and he has an elite WR across from him.

OBJ would sleep walk to 1200 yards if he was on 20-24 different teams.

Lmao

He was top 15 in targets in 2019 and 2018 for WRs. How are you gonna tell me he’s not getting targeted cause they run the ball? He was the 11th most targeted wide receiver in 2018 and In 2019 he was the 13th most targeted receiver. I don’t care if the Cleveland Browns run the ball a lot he still getting a large amount of targets and not nearly the amount of production as he did 4 years ago.

again he was top 15 in the NFL in total targets over the last two years and his production is barely better than Jordan Matthews in his career year with the Eagles.

yep that Odell is clearly a top 10 wide receiver even though he’s been top 15 in Targets for wrs over the last two years but yet over the last two years he’s been outside the top 20 in yards per catch, receiving yards (Barely inside top 20 in 2018), receptions and touchdowns. Must clearly be everyone else’s fault in Cleveland and there’s way too many weapons. Yet somehow he still managed to crack the top 15 in target and wasn’t too far behind for being top 10

I kind of look at it as Matt Ryan’s 35 I can’t believe Dallas would replace dak Long term with Ryan at this stage of his career.

there was also a rumor the other day about them making a push for Sam Darnold. That would make way more sense to me if they were going to replace deck. You get them on a rookie contract and I’m guessing they believe he could still be really good.

You do realize that if Baker Mayfield, Who's always in the bottom 5 in completion, air mails one 40 yards over his head is a target right lol

In my opinion, theres some type of biased against him, personal hate, maybe he banged your wife. Unsure. but I stand by my comment, I can name a ton of teams that he'd get 1000 yards by accdent and probably flirt with 1300 on most of them

You do realize there are talented wide receivers still being more productive than him with as bad of quarterbacks as baker Mayfield? Just going to point this out Jameis Winston was bottom five in completion percentage last year and Mike Evans and Chris Godwin didn’t seem to have a problem. And there’s plenty of weapons on that team

again your opinion to me means nothing as you routinely say absurd things. And if you want to go with a maybe he banged your wife you just sound like an ahole that cant make an argument to prove yourself. so congratulations I have even less respect for you than I did before.

And yet again you still have yet to prove when he’s finished outside the top 20 of every major statistical category for wide receivers for 3 consecutive years and yet you call him a top 10 wide receiver. over the last three years he has not finished as a top 10 wide receiver. If he is as great as you think he is still, he would finish in the top 10 regardless of who’s starting in the ball. It wasn’t exactly like Eli Manning was playing like Peyton Manning for the Giants when he was there. Eli was at the end of his career and was as inconsistent as baker for the large majority of odell’s time there.

and just for giggles ten WRs I’d definitely take over him:

godwin

evans

julio

adams

thomas

golladay

Hill

hopkins

metcalf

Allen

Like I said before, you have Landry on the other side, you hve a bad QB in a run first offense.

You call Hopkins and Keenan allen top 10, who both of them are the main show in town and basically had 20 more targets then OBJ but only 100 more yards then him last year but OBJ isnt top 10.

OBJ isn't top ten anymore,he hasn't done enough the last 3 years to be considered top 10.

He's still good but no longer elite. His upside no longer outweighs the headache he is.

He's on a downhill trajectory has been for a few seasons now

Guarantees Cox is an Eagle in 2021.

This won't affect overall cap space. This does make it easier to trade other expensive players this year though. If we use that space to acquire players, ugh.

Odell Beckham has not even sniff top 15 in any major statistical category for a wide receiver since 2016 Besides targets. Again the amount of hoops you are jumping through even though he is a top 15 targeted wide receiver in the league over last two years is amazing. I don’t care there a run first team, he still being targeted as a top 15 wide receiver in the league. And only a couple targets away from being a top 10 targeted receiver in the league

Go look at it. He has not been in the top 15 wide receivers in any of the four major categories besides TARGETS.  So he’s being targeted and not as productive As guys who have been targeted less.

Yeah I’m done with this argument if you don’t think ekeler, gordon, Hunter henry and Mike Williams on the opposite side don’t effect allen’s production either then you are just naive. Also naive to believe odell is anywhere close to hopkins at this stage of their careers

In the least surprising move of the week.

I hate the black.  I really like the white jersey green pants look as of late.  I wonder how white jersey with black pants would look.

OBJ's QBs have been Eli Manning & Baker Mayfield. He's saddled like Allen Robinson, without the public defense.

That's a very bad sign that Howie is looking at this year only.  Why in the world would you do anything to make next years cap increase and guarantee that players money.  Didn't he learn his lesson with Alshon.  This is frightening stuff from Howie.

You got it man. OBJ stinks lol

Yep that’s clearly what I said. Reading comprehension clearly is not your strong suit. please show me where i said he stunk? Won’t find it except in the narrative in your head

I never said he sucked I said he wasn’t a top 10 wide receiver and argument could be made he’s not even a top 15 receiver. And there is 15 wide receivers I much prefer over Odell. But in i make up narratives world that means he sucks
