no way.

He does look a little slower this year. He tore his ACL last year or else he was gonna be my guy in round 1.

Im not concerned I think he will get his speed back more by next year.

Love the physicality he plays with.

Well you know I don't follow college but to me he looks like a shorter JJAW. He does play physical in college but I prefer a little more separation

That makes no sense.  So, if a trade happens, then a team would have to wait for that too?

It was the new revised protocols they put out after the Titans outbreak. I know it makes no sense, but they have to have so many straight days of passing COVID tests to enter the facility. Trades might be different, I'm not exactly sure. But with guys that get cut, they'll miss out on a day of testing which restarts everything.

I thought these days you could trade an injured player.

I don’t know either way. that’s why I was asking. I think injured you can but not as certain if they are on IR

Aren't you that the one that basically wants to trade anyone and everyone?

People need to think in practical terms.  He's not going to stay at Clemson and give up not only $9M (or delay it), but he'd be delaying his second contract by a year, his third contract by a year, etc.  It sets everything back, and he risks injury such as the one Tua suffered, which dropped him from a #1 or #2 overall pick down to #5 -- and could  have been much worse.

The leverage the player has is through his agent.  Put pressure on the Jets to trade the pick by letting it be known he's not willing to play there; it's about the only leverage a player has when it comes to the NFL draft.

Such a terrible mentality nowadays. It’s the AAU mentality. How about going there and help them become winners?

We will find out this Thursday if Scott or Clement have anything at all to offer as a #2 RB; Scott had a career game against NYG last season, so presumably Doug and the coaches believe he has some of that left in him.  Clement will get more touches as well.

Without Barkley you’d think the Giants offense would be punchless, but it’s seldom that the Eagles D is able to keep an opponent under 20 points — only once so far this season.

So who is the RG tomorrow? Opeta?

Doug wouldn't name his starting RG or LG. Leads me to believe Opeta at LG and they move Herbig back to RG

Guess Opeta is the back up G now.  Means Pryor is back at RG.

Pryor is still on the COVID list and hasn't been at any walkthroughs. I doubt he's starting, possibly not even playing.

Haven't seen Carson's uncle on here in a little while. I sure hope all the doo doo head Wentz haters didn't scare him off. @NoDak Eagle

I've seen him around CVON

Does anybody have an answer to this question, if you are on IR can you be traded to another team? Cause I can’t see the Eagles putting Zack Ertz on IR If you can’t and if they were planning on trying to trade him at the deadline. Not saying they are or aren’t.

Yes, you absolutely can. Rams just did it last year with Talib

What makes you think that an average scoring team for the past 40 games can now score with anyone? legit question

Maybe i should say they could score with anyone in the NFC. They can't score with the Chiefs.

They kept up with 2 of the best teams in the AFC playing with scrubs. If they get their offensive players back i'll stand by my opinion.

If they don't get them back it really doesn't matter, does it?

It’s about time Schwartz earns his money. Not a very talented offensive football team IMO.

Huntley seems to be a mystery. They liked him, but now they won't play him.

Holyfield not getting a shot also seems odd.

Regardless, Miles is showing signs of being a guy you don't want playing 80 percent of the snaps, so they have to find a decent backup. And tomorrow seems to be a good time to figure out if that person is on the roster/PS.

Apparently, Desean counts 5.8m against our cap next year whether we cut or trade him.  10.9m if we keep him, which we won't.

What was Howie thinking when he wrote up these contracts?

Punch drunk on winning a SB and nostalgia. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Didn’t see it mentioned but Alshon picked up a calf injury despite not playing once which is peak Alshon. Since this is a new injury I wonder if they can just IR his ass now.

Tomorrow’s game will determine if Howie is going to be a buyer or seller before the deadline. Either way his phone is going to be busy this weekend. I wouldn’t be shocked if multiple moves are maid.

Plus Suds.

If they plan to use Hurts in any capacity except for a few gimmic plays they had better have Suds active.

The Falcons signed Jamon Brown to a three year contract last  year. He was benched and then cut. I won't get to excited about Spain.

Im not excited, but dont see how he could be worse...

Probably in preparation for next years cap chaos.  But, hopefully it is for a guard ( Quinton Spain ) or a line backer.
