I think I'd rather have Watkins over Butler, tbh

Same.

Given Jackson's injury history, I'm surprised we only went 5 WRs

That man scored an 80 yard TD last week!

I'll never understand why players are frustrated or unhappy with their contracts. They signed the damn thing. No one held a gun to their heads.

Gray area.

If a player vastly outplays his contract, can you blame him if he wants to a new contract"?  If a team can ask a player to "re-structure" or "take less money" if he under-performs, shouldn't a player also be able to "ask" for a better contract if he truly "outplays it"?  Especially since only a small portion of the majority of NFL contracts are "guaranteed".

r/eagles - Driscoll, Lane, and Mailata in top 10 pass block win rate

Jordan Mailata is beast.  Time for haters to recognize.  Time for Dillard to learn LG or pack his bags.

Driscoll looking solid also.

"We're fine there"

Damn.  We got 3 in the top 10.  Not too shabby.

It's a division game and anything can happen, but I'm feeling a W for the Birds tonight.  The VaGiants stats wise don't rate well on the O side.  They are 23rd in YPC and T30th in rushing TDs with only 3.  They are 30th in QBR, 29th in YPA and tied for last with only 3 TD passes.

They have a decent D, but a post earlier mentioned their pressures on QBs rate isn't good.  Yeah, no Sanders for us tonight and I wouldn't be surprised if Hurts ends up leading the team in rushing yards tonight with Wentz the next most.  If DJax can make it through the entire game he can help open up the field for the O.  I don't feel a let down tonight.  I think this team has been so close the past 2 games vs playoff caliber teams that they can smell a W cooking in the air and we might see some hungry dogs tonight who want to eat.

Jay Glazer confirmed Eagles are sellers.

Jordan Howard for a 6th?  We would have him for this year and next.  He is more than capable of being the #2 and can play the lead back for games if Sanders is hurt.

No picks.  Player for player.  I would say send them Ertz but for some reason they want to keep him.

They can have DeSean or Alshon or Peters.

This should make us all happy about Howie. *He Knows*

They are getting rid of him because they want to go young and rebuild.  Why would they want old and broken Alshon, Jackson or Peters?

Looks like Baldy was right. This should be much better than last week.

Jeffrey for howard straight up

If true I'd be happy that Howie is facing reality.  Unfortunately there's a good chance this is a bogus report they planted, and they really plan to "win now".

Why would a rebuilding team want an old and broken guy?

They wouldn't, nobody wants jeffrey, no team is going to trade for jeffrey and his crazy contract but hey a guy can dream...

"Veteranosity"

"Winning culture"

"Weaponz for Tua"

etc.

I don't care what they want.  We'd be fools to part with picks in our current state.
