I think it was good coverage, not a good tackle attempt but I think he was going for the ball instead. Tate just made a quality play

Not exactly.  The punting was on Wentz.  The good field position was on Wentz.  But, that's a TD from anywhere on the field, because LeBlanc couldn't make the tackle.  The TD is on the defense, specifically LeBlanc.

Can't do that at that spot.  The tackle is too important.  Only line of defense.
