October 3Oct 3 Didn't help the team because Hurts never goes through his progressions and see'sthis guy is WIDE OPEN CONSTANTLY. Hurts is a one read QB right now, and he ismaking Lemon look really bad. Maybe that's why AJ hated being here.

October 3Oct 3 For the record, he’s averaging 5.4 yards per catch.Greg Ward and Reno Mahe had a higher average.

Hell try a 8 yard button hook in between the OLB and MLB.Line him up in the slot or out on the #'s. Use his 'strengths'. Stop trying to fool opposing Defenses.

But if that's accurate Lemon looks about the same. Most outside CBs are 6 feet and taller. The Bear's CB on that play just dwarfed over Lemon

On that pick in Chicago, in front of my end zone seat, when he lined out wide Hurts threw the ball inside. And Lemon wasn't there. I was watching him prior and after the snap. He was engulphed by the Bears tall CB. More importantly he didn't know the play, his route. I trust Hurts to know the playbook. Lemon just walked into the CB like he thought the play was going elsewhere. You heard whispers thru training camp that he was having a hard time learning the play book. Most of his work was done from the slot in training camp, where he belongs. He didn't have a clue on what to do on that play outside and it resulted in an interception

Compare to rookie seasons. Best comparison is those players through 3 games as a rookie.Mahe literally had 1 catch his entire rookie season, for 5 yards. Ward stepped in off the practice squad because of injuries and his catches were all in Nov & Dec so he wasn't competing for targets with the starters like Lemon is. It's also not Lemon's fault they're just throwing those useless screens to him.His YPC was actually much higher the first 2 games, last week was negative because of the screen plays that brought his average down.So Lemon is already better than those 2 when comparing through 3 games in rookie season. Let's see what happens the rest of the year.
