I am not a huge Hurts guy. There was not. He had someone in his face right away.

nope. Youre seeing it through the reality of the peril Hurts creates for himself. He spazzed and pulled the ball down while the defender was still a step or 2 away. If he was in the throwing motion right at the top of his drop he gets the pass off. Maybe takes a hit, but good QBs stand in there and deliver that strike on 3rd down. Hurts is not a good QB.

Covey is a solid role player. Nothing flashy, just does his job well. Happy to have him.

Phillies got cooked now Vic defense is on point. Don't know how long they can keep them down tho. Offense needs to step up.

The coaching staff absolutely must find an answer to the zero blitzes. It's an automatic huge play for the defense at this point. How about a freaking TE screen? Literally anything. Have Ertz run his patented 5 yard box-out route

Who calls the protection package? Who is also supposed to adjust it? Again the headset cuts off at a certain point. Mannion and Siri don’t get to hold hurts hand up till the snap.
