We’ve had different coordinators every year.

At some point the issue is either the talent, the QB, or the HC.

The talent has been good over this period, so I don’t think that’s the issue. It’s not like we have no talent.

Nick at HC isn’t calling the plays. He makes decisions in key moments, but it’s not like he has Andy Reid control over the offense, so I don’t think that’s the issue.

And that brings us to Hurts. I like him, and he has some excellent qualities, but at some point if your offense can never convert a third down it falls on him.
