I think it is understated but Lawrence does have happy feet on a lot of drop backs...yes...the DL is causing issues and the Jags are having to put a lot of guys on Carter, but it sure seems that the defensive backs are doing their jobs taking away Lawrences first looks...

He doesn't use it because he isn't an elite runner anymore. He's slow as dog ish laterally and that's a majority of the designed QB runs, and he always moves laterally to the right when he bails from the pocket
