It's so pathetically obvious that @Blobeph is so infuriated by Biden's decency and early success, and the general positivity in this thread (in stark contrast to every progressively dumber and slimier candidate supplied on the right that gave us endless idiocy to contemplate in the last administration), that all he can do is desperately try to derail talk of Biden's accomplishments. The winning hurts him so bad that his only recourse is to trash the house and break things like a petulant child, but his temper tantrums just make me giddy.

My thinking here is that his biggest accomplishment so far has been to lower the overall temperature of dysfunction and chaos.  I also quite like his start with foreign policy.  He gets BIG credit for each of these.

The parts I'm more neutral on are the stimulus bill and COVID vaccination rollout.  I'm not really sure what role he played in detail in making those happen as I haven't really paid much attention.  Maybe someone can explain what credit Biden gets for these other than not Fing them up (that is worth something of course).  In any case, he gets some credit for these and perhaps much more than I'm ready to give him at this stage given my lack of detailed knowledge on the subjects.

As for the economy, I'd stick more to the "too early for him" for the most part here just as I did with Trump in his first 100 days.  I also think it is too early to give him a grade with how he manages the left flank.  He hasn't done anything poorly there yet per se but he's still in the honeymoon period.

 

Two things I'm not totally happy with is how he has handled the GA situation and how he is handling the SCOTUS discuss so far.  Both of these are in the "incomplete" category but I would have wanted a bit less pandering to the flank and bit more principled position.

 

All in all an excellent start.

I can tell you Biden had nothing to do with that
