Ahhh,  very few americans give a crap about Afghanistan.  Which is why they wanted out overwhelmingly.  This wont' stick to Biden for long.   Ending stuff like this is always messy.   I dont' think any president could have made it much cleaner.   Keep in mind there were only about 2,500 troops left in Afghanistan after the Trump agreements and withdrawals.  So Biden had a choice -- empty it all out -- or put a ton more back in.      He chose to empty.   With only 2,500 troops (less than the # of police in Philly), there wasn't much that could be done.
