Yep, these people are so far gone it's hilarious. We live in a two-party country. You're either on board with child-grooming, massive expansion of federal power, massive expansion of things like the IRS, communist BS like loan "forgiveness" or you vote Republican. That's just the way it is. Now, basically whoever isn't on board with all of the disgusting ish dems stand for is a MAGA republican AKA enemy of the state, islamic terrorist.

It's really not reaching at all.  It was an ongoing debate in this country for years.  How forcefully do you call out our enemies.  In this case, it's obviously a much greater threat to our Constitution, since the enemies of freedom are a sizable percentage of one of the major parties.  That's a massive problem.  Ignoring it just lets it thrive.  

If you are Condemning a speech about fascism, maybe it's time to look in the mirror.

Not everyone believes January 6th was an organized plot to overthrow the government. In fact, even a corrupt FBI said their was no widespread plan to take over the government that day. It was an ugly riot that resulted in far less damage than the rioting we saw throughout the summer of 2020.

Comparing BLM to Jan 6 is specious and lazy. 

The BLM demonstrations that turned violent should be called out by Democrats. And in many cases they were - among others Biden, Obama, and Clyburn spoke out firmly against the violence associated with some BLM protests AS THEY WERE HAPPENING.

And BLM protest related violence was a mix of criminal opportunism and anarchist twats. 

Jan 6 was political violence with a fairly specific set of goals. Some absolutely wanted to straight overthrow the government, hang Pence and other "traitors" (to Trump, not the USA mind you), and install Trump as president by any means necessary. The best that can be said for the rest is that they wanted to scare (terrorize) Congress into overthrowing an election Trump lost. 

Jan 6 specifically targeted the session of Congress that was to confirm Trump's loss. It simply isn't comparable to the violence from BLM demonstrations because the impact of Jan 6 succeeding is the erasure of the US government as we know it, being replaced by a type of government more akin to Russia than the US.

Even partial success of Jan 6 may have meant the brutal deaths of elected members of government, up to and including Trump's own VP.

If someone can't see that a violent strike at the Capitol specifically on Jan 6 is incomparable to lamentable violence associated with protests then I'm not sure what else to say.
