September 27, 20224 yr Even the good suburban teaching jobs suck now because of administration bloat. They can't manage their own classrooms anymore because all of the direction comes from above. Teachers that stay in the profession are racing to get their degrees so they can move up to a cushy administration job. Teachers are left to take all the crap from the students, their parents, and administration.

September 27, 20224 yr I don't teach but I coach, and that's enough to know that I'd be an absolutely terrible teacher if I had to do it full-time. All it takes is one or two little sh**ty entitled ass holes to throw everything into chaos. I don't have the patience to deal with it at all.
