It's like we have a Chinese president! Also Trumpbots: Biden is doing too much saber rattling with China. He should let China have Taiwan to avoid a war with China because they're too scary.

Don't think it is sabotage as much as he doesn't want to run so a way he can bow out.
January 12, 20232 yr Democrats have cut bait. My guess is someone in control wasn't happy with Pop Pop’s intention to run again. Otherwise, these papers would have been quietly shredded.
January 12, 20232 yr in normal times we wouldn't even have known about the documents in Biden's garage. The documents were returned to archives as soon as they were found. Nobody even knew they were missing. An investigation would be done to determine how they got there and if any breach took place. We wouldn't hear a thing about this... But in these trumped up political times, because a former President knowingly took highly sensitive classified documents and ignored repeated attempts to have them returned, to the tune that criminal charges were going to be filed, somebody has made this into a Gotcha! moment. Question is, who? Karl Rove, of all people, can explain the difference.

January 12, 20232 yr @ Republicans trying desperately to explain Biden's team turning over documents voluntarily as something nefarious.

January 12, 20232 yr How you guys stay on your political sides regardless of what the person on your side does is fascinating
January 12, 20232 yr I wouldn't be surprised if this was leaked since it has been going on since last year. Uncle will hold himself accountable with what they find happened here. He won't lawyer up or lie his way out of it.

Obviously Biden shouldn't have left the documents where they shouldn't have been but turning the fact that they voluntarily offered them up before the National Archives even knew they were missing (which of course radically changes the face of the investigation) into something conspiratorial is the most right wing-style attack ever. They're so damaged by right wing opinion shows that everything's further proof of Democratic corruption, even things that imply the opposite.

He doesn't need any other excuse. If he truly didn't want to run for a second term, he would just be like, "I'm too old for this ish, fam. Good luck with Kamala, y'all!" as he chucks up the deuces on the way.

I'm not sure why it suddenly is now. Me personally, I think it's a big deal. However since I heard ad nauseum for weeks upon weeks that the president can declassify anything with a wave of a hand, you can't go after either a sitting president or anyone who is going to run for president, etc. it's hard for me to see this as much of anything.

So because the other side did it then it's fine? (sarcasm) I get it. It's just the constant back and forth for years lol When you stop thinking about right and left and just look at it overall it's like a tennis match with each side on some new scandal lol It is refreshing that they're working with law enforcement though

Basically for Trump it was an issue for a few days then it went away (just like everything he does). There's no way months form now they are suddenly going to indict Trump for this.
January 12, 20232 yr In the end of all this, fines will be imposed. A lot more to Trump than Biden. Let’s move on to the Georgia grand jury report.
January 12, 20232 yr When news of the first batch broke my first thought was this was a warning shot to Biden against running. The second batch makes me certain of it. We'd have never had known if there wasn't a preferred candidate. Wondering who it is. I'm still standing with no Trump or Biden in '24
January 13, 20232 yr 😊 Rep. Hank Johnson, D-Ga., said he isn't ruling out foul play in the discovery of classified documents found in President Biden's possession, suggesting they could have been planted.
