Trump said they're not a big deal, the president can declassify them by blinking and/or thinking about it, and also set the standard that by definition a sitting president can't commit a crime. Now that that's the standard, Biden shouldn't be held accountable. If I had my way, they should both be held accountable, and should be tried. But it isn't up to me. They're going to be our choices in 2024 no matter how much people complain about it.

Speaking of Billy Boy, he was on Maher last week and did his usual tap dance about his time under President Know Nothing. There was another gop house rep that tried to walk the same tight rope. To his credit, Maher at least held both of their feet to the fire in his overtime segment on Youtube, and basically called out both of their positions as the BS that it is. You can't say Trump was wrong for trying to overturn the election and then in the next breath say you would still support him if he was the party's nominee. The house rep, in particular, came across as especially full of ish when she said the party needs someone to reach across party lines in a segment prior. Spineless weasels, the lot of them.
