I think the SCOTUS decision certainly will, assuming Joe stays in. No matter what, that decision is a huge boost to whoever the Dem candidate is running against Trump. It brings Constitutional Republic vs. Autocracy into full view and a lot of people want to preserve the system we've lived under for 250 years.
