Perhaps a 'creative' prosecutor can come up with something more. Where to find such a 'creative' prosecutor? After the N.Y. Court of Appeals gets done overturning Trump's conviction and takes a closer look at those who brought the charges, maybe Alvin Bragg and/or Letita James will be available. They've certainly proven themselves to be 'creative'.
