My grandfather was sharp as hell into his 90s, it just took him a minute to say what he was thinking. Such a case doesn't mean that he had dementia, either. It's what happens with age.Realistically there are a multitude of reasons why Biden was an ineffective president, but analyzing those reasons and laying them out require having actual intelligence. If you're dumb and pack mentality guides you, you just go "hurr durr dementia".
