Thanks! 😊Its not motorized and has an arced belt. Its what AJ Brown is running on in the insurance commercialWay harder than a normal tread and yet somehow zero impact. Can do higher intensity stuff so its not just endless boredom
March 5Mar 5 Stopped off and ran in Charlotte after my sales calls today. It was glorious at about 75 F before I started but almost got too hot in direct sun areas because my body is still used to the cold. I wasn't the only one out there appreciating the weather. In one roughly half mile area of the greenway there were no less than 10 young snakes sunning themselves, at least half were copperheads. I see lots of snakes when I run during the spring and summer months but not that many at one time. I can handle a copperhead here and there but that many gets to be a problem. Good times.

BUT, after he uses a machine or a bench, he will wipe down said machine/bench so wet and thoroughly, that if I use said machine/bench after him, I'll need a frickin beach towel to dry it.Men only wash their hands after peeing when there are other men around to avoid any wash-shaming confrontation. Wash BEFORE you pee - don't touch the cleanest part of your body with those filthy hands.
March 8Mar 8 Wash before you pee???? Never heard of that before. 🧐I didn't workout yesterday or today. I just feel "off", for some reason. My anxiety has been high the past few days. Weird. I'm not sleeping well either. I'll hit the gym tomorrow morning though, a good way to start the week.

I was limited last week and ended up with two days off in a row, which i never do, and now this week hit a bunch of new PRs.Long game, my friend

Struggled through a couple of runs in Atlanta then took a few days off because I had no energy. Both runs this weekend have felt pretty good though.
March 16Mar 16 I'm still feeling "off". Mentally and physically and emotionally. Sucks, because the gym is my happy place, and I've missed 3 straight days of working out. Hopefully tomorrow morning I'll feel better and get a workout in.

March 19Mar 19 ^^^^^Great advice, thanks TJ. Had some the past two mornings, and my last two workouts were really good. Still no cardio for me. 😝 Just 40 minutes of weights. I feel good. Slept well for three nights in a row. Which is like a World Record for me. I'm a terrible sleeper.
March 19Mar 19 Reported in the paper today that they found a body yesterday on the greenway that I just ran on Tuesday (average running in about once a week). Wife says I need to be careful where I run. I had to remind her that I'm a full 11 days into my 21 day plan to become the most dangerous man in the room.
March 30Mar 30 I have this coming up in a few weeks. Never been much of a runner - always preferred lifting and doing HIIT stuff but a friend asked me to do it and I said why not. I've hiked up mountains in Colorado that were just as steep with 60+ pounds of gear on my back so even if I have to walk the uphill portions I should still be able to finish this without too much trouble. April 26Apr 26 I love when the Fat Arsed gym peeps are on the ab machines. 😃😃Abs are made in the Kitchen. Not on a machine. But hey, whatever works for you. Oh also, keep sitting on a bench in the dumbbell area for like 25 minutes, without doing a set of ANYTHING. Just play on your phone a little more. Go ahead. No one else wants a bench..........a bench to lift weights and actually work out!!!!!! 😖😤

May 17May 17 Ok, need some advice, was 197 and started working out 8 to 10 classes a week....mix between yoga, boot camp, pilates, total body, etc. Dropped to 182 and added muscle. The classes keep me from getting bored. Beginning of March skiing (last f'ing day) snowboarder took me out, partially torn calf left leg, high ankle sprain right leg. Still haven't recovered. Weight is starting to come back on and getting f'ing depressed about it. Have had to move my surf trip two times because I'd kill myself staying at a surf resort watching waves and not being able to paddle out. So here is the question, what exercises, physical activity can one do while both legs are f'd to stay in shape and keep weight down. I can't do anything cardio because that obviously uses legs. I had started ramping back up only to have set backs (including a hemotoma that had to get drained by an f'ing Elephant needle).
