I'm judging him based on his College career.  It will be a Miracle if this guy turns into a good QB. This team can't even coach Carson Wentz  right.

Holy moly what did my phone just do?

People basing a players NFL career off of their college career should know better then that. I'm not saying he will be the next great thing or even good. Just saying give him a chance, no reason to crap all over him on his first start just because of college production. Remember the eagles were the kings of drafting guys just because they put up huge college stats.

No one should be assuming anything with this kid yet. I know it’s hard for the hardcore Wentz apologists to accept that. I’m looking forward to seeing what the kid can do and no I’m not expecting him to be perfect and I’m not grading a rookie on the same scale as someone who was drafted 4 years ago. Don’t waste your time apologists trying to put water on my excitement to see Hurts over your boy who has only played better than Ben DiNucci.

Nobody is buying Doug is making these choices on his own. The only thing I believe Doug is doing on his own is play calling and they’re close to taking that from him too. It feels like Schwartz has more power than Doug.

Because he’s a 100mil "franchise quarterback” and not a rookie? The Packers ran it roughly the same amount of times the Eagles did. Only in Philly are we begging that anyone but Wentz handles the ball and that’s his major supporters. If you don’t think he can handle it then he’s not as good as you think he is.

How do you coach Carson Wentz right. Wentz said who he is and not gonna change. Sounds like he's very arrogant and thinks he knows it all, which to means to me he to stubborn to correct.

I wouldn't put Wentz in that category or even a coach killer like Vick. There is a good QB in there somewhere. Not as elite as we all hoped but, I definitely don't think he is this awful either.

4 years in and he’s about to get his first coach fired. He has a lot of time to collect bodies. With that being the case Carson is broken right now. He doesn’t even realize he needs to change. Maybe this benching will be that wake up call, but until he understands he needs to make changes I don’t think he will be fixed. I’d like to see this off-season a story where Carson isn’t "doing yoga or lifting” and I’d like to hear he’s flying in a specialist to work on his mechanics.

Dude you should just let them have their party. It's Christmas for them.  They don't like Carson for whatever reason and think Hurts is the second coming. Let em enjoy it. It will probably come crashing down. I watched him for three years at alabama. He's great until they shut down his gimmicky runs. Then he's toast. This game probably isn't going to be pretty. I'll be putting up Christmas lights lol. I had enough of Hurts to last a lifetime already. Maybe I'm wrong and that would be nice, but I don't think I am. And we also just lost alot of cap space. Carson is done here. He will no longer feel any loyalty to this team and will not want anything to do with us and I don't blame him . So I guess we will be drafting a QB and starting all over again. Forgive me for not celebrating. A part of me is glad Carson will get a team that actually will put a real team around him. It was fun having a team AND a QB to be a fan of for awhile. I really like Carson. But guess it's just back to team. In this day and age I wouldn't get attached to a player. I definitely am not a Hurts fan so that'll be easy.
