We've just been replacing individual pans rather than the whole set. Some of the lesser used ones are still fine, while we've had to retire some of our go-to pans already.

Don't beat the eggs first, crack them into the pan with low flake and mix in creme fraiche and maybe a touch of milk/cream to taste, and "scramble" them while they start to cook. After that, season however you wish. But the egg base is fantastic. I do find it difficult, at least with my pans (I'm overdue for a new set), to manage an omelette with this approach because whatever butter/non-stick stuff I try ends up getting mixed in with the eggs and they stick. so I usually end up making messy slightly under-cooked scrambled eggs with some ham & cheese mixed in. Unless I have taco leftovers, in which case it's taco eggs. you add the creme fraiche at the end. the creme fraiche cools the eggs down so they stop cooking.

October 14, 20205 yr @Moderator6 You locked the thread so I can't comment on this rule: Pictures should not have nudity or profanity (other than what’s allowed by the filters). I've been pleading since the start of the new board to let the meme thread have profanity. It's way too time consuming to have to edit pictures. Especially if you are going to share a bunch of memes. Editing the pics also can take the whole humor out of it. I'm sure everyone else agrees with this. Can the meme thread be excluded from this ridiculous rule? I think having nudity in the bewb thread would create a bunch of new traffic but I'm not willing to fight that battle. I only care about the meme thread.
