It all floated based on your deals. No week was less than ~70 hours. But if you were jammed, 100-110. But there was no complaining about it. Do it or quit. 

The whole point of getting slammed is to force analysts to get better. You either get better/faster, or you never go home.

It's a client business where millions/billions are on the line. You don't get union breaks. You get paid a ton for a 22 year old, but you're 24/7.

As a side note, a few of us started smoking just so we could go outside for 5 minutes every once in a while...
