    The worst part for me isn't even the duct tape.  It's that he only "boarded up" TWO windows.  

     

    You could argue that all the sheets of particle board were sold out but that would mean he just happened to get the last two?  Unlikely.  Plus don't a lot of homes in that region have stuff to protect the windows ready to go?
