Kansas (on my return trip) was bad because of their odd toll system. They didn’t use the normal EZ Pass, and they had exact change only tolls that were for like $.35 and odd figures like that.

Not sure if things changed, but wouldn’t be bad to look into it. If you don’t have enough change (or exact change) they had change machines where they’d give you like 2 quarters, 3 dimes, and 4 nickels. Most people needed change, so it took a while to get through the tolls.
