The last productive meeting I have ever been a part of was many many moons ago when my Boss retired.... I got promoted and he handed me actual keys to the office. I then proceeded to turn around..... Promoted the shipping manager..... and handed him my keys. Today's web meetings are a freaking joke...... I pass along that responsibility to someone else..... And tell them to give me the highlights the next time we speak.
