For him they are for sure, I had it done and was normal in 10 weeks, he’s an athlete, young, and likely will get HGH so he should be fine in two months, as it just removes the damaged/part of a typically herniated disc, no repairs are actually made. 
 Considering the ACL, now this, it’s a bit much, Wentz had back issues in college and the NFL, because they never seem totally to go away.

Pitts is fine if he runs a 4.60. You're not drafting him to be a deep threat, or to block in-line. Fitzgerald ran something like a 4.58.

You're drafting Pitts because he can get separation from CBs, which means he'll eat SSs and LBs alive, because he has great snatch and catch radius, is a load to bring down after the catch, and can consistently hit the target when asked to block a LB in space.

If he can do these things, a 4.6 is fine, if he can't, a 4.4 won't make him worthy of a 1st rd pick.

I dont mind if we had to trade out because some teams want one of the QBs. so if we trade back, say below pick 15. Who do look at picking then?

People have to get over this 40 time fixation - go back to any draft, list the guys at each position by their 40 time, see who became NFL starters.

Other than "too slow", 40 times don't have a lot of value. Burress was a deep threat running a 4.6 b/c he was big and could snatch and high point balls.

Burst, agility, IQ, eye to hand coordination, got to have the whole package. Remember Jells, he could run fast, just couldn't do anything else.

Never understood why the Eagles brought NRC in when they had him to play in the slot.  I was more than happy with LeBlanc.

Not sure.  I don't recall seeing his name on any of the mock drafts I did so no rankings to go off of.  And from what I read on him there were no projections, only saying his stock was rising.
