Big Jim is what I sought out seeds for.  Personally I like both Southern NM and Northern NM/Southern CO cuisine.   How do you feel about mirasol (guajillo)?  I find that used a bit more in Northern NM cuisine.  Grew that last year.

Yup and Howie still clings to that. My opinion has changed though, they wanted Hurts thinking he's RW the second and now I have to hope they were right

You need a experienced voice in the QB room to benefit Hurts , Flacco has been there done that , another set of eyes for Hurts on game day, someone he can come over to after a series and get feedback .

Wow, thanks for this.  As soon as I get my Covid shot(s), wanderlust is kicking in and I will be traveling down to Texas.  My sister lives in the hill country and I had thought about after leaving there, heading towards CO.  This makes me think I need to do that via NM.  Maybe eating my way across the state.  My grandmother went to teacher’s college in OK and her roommate was a teacher for decades at Pueblos.  My grandmother would go visit with her and bring back dried chiles. Makes me rethink what we were getting.
