Key phrase:  "at minimum".

minimum is implied that it can be done still at that price.

Next time rephrase it better. This is the EMB

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

I just don’t buy the "lurie and Howie have no confidence in hurts”. They just drafted him last year to take over if/when Wentz gets hurt.

this trade seemed too good to pass up on since the team is rebuilding. It sucks that I was a big fan of getting chase, who I feel is gonna tear up the league and I was warming up to Pitts. At#12, those guys won’t be there so I hope the look is for defense and get one of the top 3 cbs (horn, Surtain, or Farley).

3 years in a row the Eagles intentionally turn their backs on impact Receivers. At least they're consistent.

OK, so #12 overall...Hmmmm...It's harder to find a top shelf prospect at 12. Good thing Howie is so great at picking out the difference makers from the pile in the middle.

Love this type of logic.  Stupid to trade back because Howie will waste all of the picks.  Should have stayed at 6 where you assume the same guy who you believe can't draft worth a damn would be able to pick a surefire HOF.  Ok.

I know people hate Mac Jones, but check his pro day out. Guy was throwing to TATErs he hardly knows and putting it right on the money. He'll have a better career than Hurts, IMO.

I think it just speaks more to the point that the Eagles really loved Zach Wilson. I think that’s what it says. They thought Zach Wilson could be a franchise quarterback that had more upside than Jalen hurts and hence they tried to move up. And I don’t think they’re out of that sweepstakes depending on what the Jets want to do at 2. They have a lesser pick in a unusual draft but more ammo in what should be a more normal type of draft

At 6 it's much harder to make the mistake. You know that.

To be fair, my initial I want Kyle Pitts post was back in December...although funny enough I suggested at that time trading back to 12-15 to take him.

So...who is the guy at 12? Farley?

Better not be, dudes got a broken back

Crazier things have happened than players like Pitts & Smith still being there. Smith is far more likely IMO.

Think 50/50 shot Smith will be there.

I don't care about his size, kid can play football. And hopefully we suck enough next year can get Stingley, the LSU CB

Remember when we traded up in 2016 from 13 to 8 and got rid of Kiko Alonzo and Byron Maxwell........That's what this reminds me of.  Only step one......and that was with.............Miami.

I would like for us to give Hurts a shot and stay at 12.  But I don't believe, for a second, that we are done.

I am with you I think there’s another shoe that’s going to drop at some point.

This is the type of trade winning franchises make.

As do losing ones, it would seem.

I feel much better at blowing pick 12 than I would if we blew pick 6.

What QB looks bad on their pro day?

Every QB is lights out at his pro day.

Would be nice to trade back to 15 at this point if Mac is there so Pats can take him and give us an extra pick.

Time for a favorite prospect update...

Just wait until the Eagles draft Mac Jones at 12, this place will really explode then.

I'm ok with it.

Depends on what pick we got back. I don’t think the talent from 12-15 is all that much different.

I understand that, but the guys he's throwing to are comically bad and can't catch a cold. It's usually not that bad.

Pitts has to be Miami's target at 6.....right?

Pitts or Chase. Maybe Sewell.

I would happy with a 5th for Ertz at this point.

I think Rapoport got yelled at by his Eagles team source.

We can trade back to around 25 and pick up another 2022 first rounder.
