It's been over 8 hours. Either this interview is going really well, Josh had accepted, declined, and accepted multiple times, or he's breaking down what went wrong on all of Wentz's turnovers one by one.

Just don't let him pick anyone in the draft.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Yeah I really don’t understand how any eagles fan can hate on Jenkins. The guy came in, shored up the S position for the first time since Dawkins, gave it his all on the field every play, and didn’t miss a single game.

I think he lost a lot of respect for his off the field antics/social media issues. Not what he has done or not done on the field.

Yeah I’m out on mcdaniels. Like people are Ok with him cause he yells at Brady. Meanwhile theres reports that came out Brady left cause he didn’t care for mcdaniels. He basically was chip Kelly in Denver with less success. On top of all this without Brady his offenses finished 18, 19th, 28th and 32nd in scoring. you know how pathetic the Eagles offense was this year? Still not as bad as his two worse seasons when he didn’t have Brady.

We might not be hearing anything until Thursday if that's the case.

Thats what Howie was counting on.  He needs a new fall guy, his last one just fell.

In fairness, his QBs without Brady were Cutler, Orton, Cassel, Stidham, and Newton.

It's not like he had Justin Herbert.

I think schematically he's good. They scheme guys open out there, run lots of rub routes and picks, and made guys like Chris Hogan and Amendola look good.

Brady's offense in Carolina was ranked 25th, but he had 3 really productive WRs. Same general premise.

McDaniels picked Tebow

It's like Gase with Peyton. I hope Lurie doesn't fall for this like all of those teams did with Gase because of Peyton

I am NOT a fan of McDaniels in any way, shape, form or concept.   I might take a break from Eagles fandom if thats the hire.   Or I might just turn into either Waldorf or Statler.  I'll need a partner, audtions will be taking place once the hottakes of all the media types trying to be first start rolling in.

I'm so confused by the stadium restrictions.  Both games today and the Bills last night had all of their fans in the lower bowl.  So you have the entire upper empty....why can't you just spready people out the same way in the upper as you do the bottom?  I get the fact that it's the percentage of fans allowed but doesn't common sense ever kick in?

Entry lines, leaving, social distancing, giving people the best view.  Pretty simple concept.

I am well aware.  McDaniels is a bad coach, bad talent evaluator and not a man of his word.  I want no part of him.  But Howie needs a fall guy, so he'll be listened to.  Howie just builds consensus then blames them when his pick sucks.

He traded cutler cause he was a egomaniac. And cutler had success with the bears getting to a nfc title game. And before he got to denver cutler had a pro bowl season.

no Tom Brady made Amendola and Chris Hogan look good because he’s Fing Tom Brady.

did Joe Brady coach the Denver Broncos and have every single one of those players hate them to the point of where they fired him. Did Joe Brady also take the Colts job and then F over the Colts after the Super Bowl so they had to redo their entire search. Did Joe Brady have four years of where he was awful as the offensive coordinator when he didn’t have the best QB of all time? You don’t finish dead last in scoring points and fifth the last when you don’t have Tom Brady and pretend it didn’t happen. You can say whatever you want that is awful. There’s no sugarcoating the fact that you finished 32nd in points scored. You can’t sugarcoat scoring 28th the league in points scored.

He also had an OL that was poor, no CMC for 13 games and a QB who is really more of a career backup than a quality starter, especially at this stage of his career.  Maybe before his major knee injury he could have been an upper tier QB, but he's not a guy you expect to win you games without loads of help.

Stats need context.

I didn't catch what he said about Eagles

Nah, he was one of the few players who was about actually doing something, not just talking and acting like a walking oxymoron.  I loved the way he went about things.

Fournette has hands like feet.

We already have our Tebow.

I'd like McDaniels because I think he's smart and I always welcome smart coaches. I also think he can bring Mayo with him. Just some fresh blood from outside the organization.

The Patriots draft like crap on offense, I don't think the non Brady offenses were his fault. Ousting Cutler and Marshall in Denver were surely his fault. You'd hope he learned from that and has matured on his Chip Kelly control freak stuff.

I think scheme and style over production is more valuable when projecting OC's to head coaches. For example, LaFleur didn't have a great offense with the Titans, but he's made for a good head coach. Same with Reich in San Diego before he came to Philly and eventually Indy.

I like McDaniels' schemes and he seems to be able to coach around different style players. With the way their offenses have schemed guys open I think he could make something out of Reagor.

Meh.  Scoring is overrated.

That's exactly my point. I want Joe Brady despite him having a 25th ranked offense. And I want McDaniels despite him having poorly ranked offenses without Brady. The context is he wasn't winning anything with the trash he had that wasn't Brady. If he lost with Aaron Rodgers, I'd be concerned. When you lose with a shot Cam Newton and Matt Cassel, I'm not.

You think the guy that picked Tebow with his first pick is smart?🤣
