It's a legit reason. The Chiefs offense is not the same without Mahomes. When you lose all-time great QBs, your team isn't gonna look as good. Think Reid and Bieniemy would still have a top 10 offense with Henne for an entire season? I doubt it. Top 15 maybe. I mean, what did you expect without Brady? Did you think he was gonna have a top 10 offense? You're not being realistic.

Kyle Shanahan this season was 21st in scoring without his QB. He's one of the best offensive minds in the sport, if not the best.

Gonna have to agree to disagree on this. I don't think it's as big of a deal as you're making out.

Common sense right here, a rare thing in these parts.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

I want the best guy. Don't give a crap about the morality stuff, it means nothing to me. We have one SB in my lifetime. I'll sacrifice virgins to win another, I don't care.

I'd hire Ted Fing Bundy if he was a good football mind. Gimme parades, life is short.

I heard Al Bundy is available. Close enough?

Still a better option the McDaniels.

The chiefs have won games without mahomes the last couple years. When he hurt his knee they won games and scored points. When Matt Moore played for the chiefs last year they scored 26, 24 and 30. So on average 27 ppg with their backup. Just proves the point that good coaching can make your back up look competent. Meanwhile he had starters out there and he couldn’t get to 20 points per game

Kyrie shanahan was also without kittle, mostert and deebo Samuel for a large portion of the season. Not just his QB. Lol

That's a 3 game sample size man lol. Let's see how Moore would do for a full season. The Patriots had a few games this year where they scored on the 30's too.

Like I said, we won't agree on this. I've always liked the schemes and offenses the Patriots run. I don't really care about this season. McDaniels isn't my first choice. I want Riley, Brady, Daboll over him.

But if we can't get those, I don't know how you're gonna sell me on a guy like Kafka, Duce, or Bieniemy over him. Or a defensive head coach only to have the OC poached after year one and having to start over on the QB-OC relationship.

That post made me sick.  If a coach isn't a man of his word, then what is his value?  How can he actually hold anyone on the team accountable, when he isn't accountable himself.  I'd rather bring back Rich Kotite or Mike McCormack than bring in Josh McDaniels.  Cheaters and liars are people that I cannot root for.

Because it was a female official standing right there 😁

They called unnecessary roughness though on a shoulder to shoulder hit on the first Saints drive.

NFL officiating is the worst.

He had 4 years without Brady and every time he didn’t have Brady he finish bottom half of the week. He finish 18th, 19th, 27 and 32nd. That’s called a trend. It’s not one year. you keep being delusional about it when he hasn’t had Brady he’s been bad. Anyway you want to slice it he has not been good without him.

Could you make any more excuses up for him? And you think people have excuses for Carson wentz. At least Carson has only been crap for one year, he’s been crap for four without Brady and you’ve given him every excuse

Two of those years were with the rams with spags as coach. Bradford as QB. The 3rd was 2008 with Cassel and a 11-5 record. The last is with a terrible Cam Newton and no weapons. Yeah I’ll give the OC with 6 Super Bowls and a ton of experience a pass on those bad hands.

You are telling me Newton now is worse than Matt Moore who people thought was done and he never was really good

you’re right I don’t expect him to have a top 10 offense. I don’t expect him to be 27th in the league. I also don’t expect him to finish 32 in the league

Kyrie shanahan was also without kittle, mostert and deebo Samuel for a large portion of the season. Not just his QB. Lol

Browns could have won on their last drive but just pounding it with Chubb and Hunt but they chose to pass and get incompletes

I wouldn’t expect Matt Moore to have a top 10 offense. However I do know Andy Reid wouldn’t have them as the 27th best offense in the league if that happened. I would consider him an offensive genius. Lol.

Patriots had 4 games where they scored 30. And all four of their defensive and special-teams touchdown came in those four games. That’s how they got to 30. Seattle game picks six to start the game. Otherwise they don’t get 30.

Both of these teams are the opposite of likeable

They called PI on that? Have they not watched Lattimore all game?

Antoine Winfield Jr. another position we needed and totally avoided. A lot of us liked Winfield a lot in here too 😭

Neither of these teams are winning in GB.

Lattimore subscribes to the "they can’t call me for PI 30 times per game, so I’ll end up ahead” practice

It works for him

Regardless of who the coach is, half the fans will meltdown(including me) and I’m here for all of it.

I honestly liked him over Chinn.

With spags he got a control the entire offense. He was a de facto head coach on offense. So it was all on him on that side. And they were still not good. I’d add with a QB the eagles thought was good enough to trade Nick foles for and made him at least competent with chip who people love to say had 4 pass plays

So we are just also going eliminate what happened in Denver as well from memory?

So let me get this straight he gets 6 rings with Brady people think he’s great. But then people think bieniemy and Kafka are overrated for riding mahomes for 3 years and getting a ring and 3 afc title games lol.

Are we sure he caught that?

Loved Winfield.  He went before 53 though.  So, we can't kill Howie for that one.

Yes

I liked them both. They could have used both even, Winfield at FS and Chinn at SS

I think he’s one of the better candidates.  Better than Mayo or Kafka.

I'm not talking X's and O's.  I am talking purely on the intangibles, but I also find the actual Xs and Os piece to be fairly lacking as well.   And as @greend pointed out... he was the mastermind behind Tim Tebow as a first round pick.

Me too.  I went back and checked.

Saints trying to give this game away.
