Nah they want Nate Sudfeld

Seriously though - I don't want to trade Wentz - Mostly because I think the rumor mill is a bunch of hyperbolic nonsense and because I still think we can have 2017 Wentz.

But... for the sake of discussion ... what would be the separation price? For me the negotiations start at 3 Firsts - I know that's steep and probably unrealistic (Everytime I think something is unrealistic I remind myself of Feely and Kolb) but keep in mind I "DON'T" want to trade him.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

The thrill of drafting drafting another car at 240 mph, the strategy on taking a curve. I enjoy both NASCAR and Grand Prix but I don’t watch a lot of it.  Can enjoy a good horse race too.  I also enjoy curling.   I like a good bowling match on occasion.  Baseball is probably my least enjoyed sport.  Well, that and the Olympics.

240? is that a typo? F1 and Indy are faster and they're not that fast. 210 I could believe but NASCAR averages at a TOP speed of just under 200 MPH.

I love curling. It’s one of my favorite Winter Olympics sports to watch. I also love cornhole championships on espn cause the guys get drunk and just talk crap to one another while playing.

Last year wentz had the worst regression in passer rating for any qb under 30 in the last 70 years but anybody who critiques him gets labeled a troll

It's more of whoever says that Wentz has always sucked gets labeled a troll

Adam Schein said this morning Eric Bieniemy had a "great interview with the Texans”

Hopefully they make it clear they will be hiring him as soon as they’re able — then Lurie will be able to name a head coach sooner than later

Damn. I wanted him. Not sure hiring Bieniemy would make things right though. Watson and the FO relationship seems unfixable

What did he say that was wrong or troll like? I thought it was a fair point, one I’ve wondered myself. We know that Wentz does not like to be coached hard but you guys want a guy like mcdaniels to coach the team hard. That’s a fair point/question to ask. Again how was he trolling?

Do we? There was a report about it but there were also 2 recent reports that happened to be opinion pieces instead of the truth

Rivers was a much better QB, and leader, than Eli Manning.

If Rivers had a defense that took him to the SB and won it then he'd be a lock as well

Carolina has the #8 overall picks and no QB.

I think they have Bridgewater as they starter and build around him

I wonder if Stout is a condition of hire for the next HC.

Would that be an issue for the next HC? Stoutland has done remarkable work. Sure there were a bunch of questionable moments in 2020 where they played a bunch of crap players over better ones but overall he's done well

After last year you would be lucky to get a first and maybe a third. Maybe higher if he could re-do his contract.

I’m surprised they didn’t interview Biden

Biden is ok with his staff being dictated to him, seems like a good match.

I'd rather watch curling, baseball and the olympics over Nascar.

If my choices were Nascar and watching grass grow, you'll find me laying in the yard.

Because our team broke your knee and you can’t get up? J/K 😁

Im not asking what you would likely get - I'm asking what would be enough for you to part ways. I don't want trade Wentz - so you have to pry him away from me. I'm not sure what would ultimately be enough - but if someone inquires I'm starting the conversation at 3 firsts.

Fair enough. At this point I'm not too sure honestly.

I’d take a late first for Wentz and a third. Throw some play escalators in there.

1 first and he’s gone for me.

This basically sums up how i feel about the eagles coaching search

Why would you leak who his staff would be? So other teams could hire your potential guys while your still mulling over the HC decision? Come on man -

Seems to me a choice for a position wouldn’t result in a long interview.  Literally should have a list of potential candidates right now for a position as well as a list of coaches you are watching and cultivating a relationship with who might be a future coach.  Look at how many coaches that Duce, Stout, Peelle and Istavan interact with as they would work out players on Pro Days.  Both college coaches as well as other NFL coaches working out players.  I think that Howie puts a lot of stock in cultivating those type of relationships. That Duce might have an impressive list of potential candidates doesn’t surprise me.  Any NFL coach that doesn’t network outside of his or her own staff isn’t smart. Not For Long League applies to coaches probably even more than players.

Well look at the brightside coach our team took out @greend. His knee is broken thanks to my bounty and he’s laying in his yard and he can’t get up lol.

I don't think he would be an impediment but I wonder if Stout may not want to work for some coaches.

Probably should buy him a life alert bracelet

Trade both picks and get Trey Lance.  Trade Hurts in the offseason for a 1st in 2022.  Win a Super Bowl in 2023.

Yes.  When fans of the same team call each other names like they are two different factions of the fan base, they are trolls.  I called you names out of nothing to do with Wentz or Hurts but out of my special little snarky charm.  I don't know why it has to be one or the other with this team.  Why are there two sides in some peoples eyes?  You can be disgusted of how the team and Wentz played last year and still hope for him to return to form.  Or you can be close minded and most likely not enjoy the 2021 season because he is still on the squad.    I know there is a small sector of the fan base that hates Wentz and has hated Wentz before this season, because of non football reasons.  So no, silly little nicknames like you detailed are stupid and makes people completely ignore the point they are trying to make.  I've had that particular poster on ignore for a while because that is all he does is bash Wentz.  Regardless of the topic or the cause.  It's not about lightening up or not taking things personally.  You agree with the guy obviously.  Good.  Have you're own opinion.  But you're able to hold a conversation on numerous different topics about the team without advancing your Wentz objective.  I am tired of this city, media and fans running key players out of town.  It's played out.

I agree that the nicknames can show your agenda before you even start talking and some of the people who use them have shown an inability to be objective. I disagree with the notion that the fanbase needs to see everything the same way. I think it would be pretty boring in here if that were the case. We’re all different ppl we all have a difference of opinion and we’ll never all be on the same page about anything in here

Foles won us our first SB and there are still people who hate the guy. Hurts went out and beat the friggn #1 Defense Saints in his first start and some were upset that it wasn’t Wentz and saying oh you can’t win with 170 yards passing, he’s not a passer. Then he goes out and passes for 330 against the cardinals and it was oh well he lost the game!   Some people are just going to not like certain players for whatever personal reason and it is what it is. Come to terms and accept that this fanbase will never agree 100% on anything. Case and point: there are still some fans who wanted to keep Roseman  if ever there was a time you would think we would come together as one....smh

F1 has lost my interest, though to be fair it was never in my top tier of sports to begin with; technology has made the actual drivers an after thought. It’s basically decided by who has the best engineers and biggest bank roll. In this regard, I think NASCAR is more compelling from a competitive view.

The olympics is totally event driven for me. Some of it is completely riveting, while some of it you couldn’t pay me to watch.

The real question is WR coach. Do we go Mark wahlberg as Vince papale or Vince papale as himself?.... or go off the board and go with air bud.

Franklin and a jar of stickum!

I don't think I've ever watched a Seagal film.  What's the appeal with him?

Watch nothing after Executive Decision and you will be fine. Above the Law and Out for Justice are worth a watch. He is a legit Akeido master mixing in some Kenpo strikes.
