Roll out an offense with Hurts, Sanders, Reagor, Fulgham, Ward, Hightower, Watkins and Goedert. Line of Mailata, Herbig, Isaac, Brooks and Lane. Take the year to see what you have in Hurts and then reassess. 

I wouldn't mind seeing what we could get for Sanders at this point.  By the time this team even has a chance at being competitive, he will want a new contract, and there's no way the Eagles would give him one (and rightfully so).  There are plenty of good RBs in later rounds of the draft that we can miss on over the next few years anyway.   

Could you imagine if Howie somehow blows this and demands too much, other teams get QBs elsewhere and call his bluff and the Eagles are stuck with this mess?

I would bet those teams are interested, but I could also see Howie being too greedy and obnoxious and other GMs resenting having to deal with him. So, if Howie gets too unreasonable, I can see teams backing out.

Aaaah, the one lovingly called the Maybot by many.  A combination of shire house wife, with the body of Mr Burns and the diction of an Action Man. 

The sad thing is, she is fantastic local MP,  but was an utterly incompetent PM.

Honestly, the only thing that 99% of the folks on this board agree on is that Howie is a problem. We probably disagree on whether water is wet.

The fact that he is still here with such power and almost universally disliked by fans and apparently players is perplexing.

Wentz probably wanted Metcalf and Howie picked JJAW instead.  Howie probably told Wentz that he has to throw to JJAW (to prove that Howie made a good pick).  I'm sure there's an anonymous source out there to verify that.

Naw howie would just spin it to say wentz wanted JJAW and convinced him to go after JJAW when he wanted metcalf. Wentz also said we don’t need a running game so take pumphrey too
