Rittenhouse is a conservative's pipe dream. They aspire to be like him. He got away with murder.

Nothing screams hero, like lying about protecting somebody's stuff with a borrowed rifle, and shooting people, killing two, who were not threatening the space you claimed you were there to protect.

Damn...if you're going to form your own narrative then why stop there?  Why not just say he was Trump's illegitimate son and was also on the grassy knoll in Dallas 1963.  If you're going to be creative, go all in.

Any narrative where that POS is a hero is even more ridiculous than anything I could put forth.

What’s he going to talk about at CPAC?  How great it felt to kill two people?  Or how he dropped out of school right after the trial was over?

His handlers will tell him.

PA Republicans running for the Senate Seat are falling overthemselves to support the Big Lie.

Oh there was shenanigan's,

There were thousands of dead people who voted and

There was fraud

are the three leading contenders.

Radical things like electing the folks who get the most votes, amirite??

What's up with McConnell. He's been pretty quiet these days. He did say it will be interesting to see what happens with the J6 committee findings, but that's an open-ended answer.

I think he wants all these cast of characters gone from his party.

Anyone watch "The Circus"? They were interviewing the head of the Florida gop who called McConnel "basically at a democrat at this point"

That's TFG talking. He's just pissed McConnell used him to get what he needed before his presidency ended.

He got away with self defense. Learn the laws.

Pretty infrequently honestly.

I’m talking about one election in particular.

I fear the day we all miss McConnel for his decency and statesmanship (ie: his mere acknowledgement of the truth when it is standing exactly in front of him).  You get a sinking feeling that day comes around before the decade is up.

McConnell wilted like a wet paper bag when his moment to stand up to Trump arrived.

His speech after the second impeachment trial still makes me laugh because if what Trump did wasn’t an impeachable offense than nothing really is

Mitch failed on two accounts.  First, he failed at doing what would have been both morally right and also most importantly right for the country.  Second, he failed politically in thinking he could both survive and find a way to wean the party away from Trump.  That moment was probably one of the biggest failures in his career and it won't be looked upon kindly by future historians (not you Dave, you're a bald Carolina redneck dinosaur).

Things is, if Trump made us almost reminisce about Dubya, how will we look back on McConnel when a full blown looney like Hawley is in charge?

You may get to bish about that sooner than you'd like.

In the end of the day the poosie Mcconnell lost out to the **** bag Trump, that's the purest bottom line summary as to what has happened over the last 6yrs to the Republican Party
