Really, they need changes at the state level codifying that electors will be bound to support the certified popular vote winner. But the above at the Federal level would be a great start. The Electoral Count Act has a bunch of ambiguities that need to be cleared up.

Yep, if it wasn't mail-in ballots it would've been Dominion voting machines, or ballot harvesting, or bamboo fibers, etc. Instead of just admitting what's plainly obvious to everyone, the "not at all a trumpbot" continues to try to justify the situation because it happened on a backdrop of an election with a lot of mail-in ballots.
